My husband gifted me few pieces from this company, at first I wasnt sure how long the color would last and if I will have allergic reaction. I work with animals so its a lot of pressure on any piece I wear to actually last.
I have my initial in golden earrings, necklace and bracelet, I also have golden ring , 2 heart necklaces ( 1 gold and 1 silver ).
Im happy to say that I found out the following
- my body is fine with the pieces and no allergy reaction is noticed
- excellent quality surviving daily use and working in demanding environment
- I had a challenge with one of my earings so I reached them with the order number and my concerns and they replaced it for me ! They were easy to reach and didnt ignore my concern ! ( I was gifted by my husband they couldve said anything and it wont be their fault )

They were easy to approach , excellent quality , simple pieces and meaningful.
Loved their packaging , and over all experience that I actually looked for a place to put my review !
Ps. We are based in UAE , their delivery experience is excellent too

Poor quality items. On the website, the claim is that items are gold plated - this must be a lie. It feels like plastic. Massively overpriced for what it is.

The product quality is quite poor. It looks like a cheap material and definitely not like the pictures. The customer service is frustrating and disappointing. If you have to make a return then they will email you from a random email address, asking you to send a picture of destroyed item instead of taking the product back. This shows how much is the value of the product. Over priced product and i would highly recommend avoiding this brand.

Exteamly bed coustomer service I didn’t recieve my purchase things i and i paid full peyment online approximately 20 days complete to confirm my order but not recieve py purchases and coustomer service also not reply very disappointing

Been ordering from ShopMidra for a while now and honestly they’ve been solid every time. Stuff looks the same as the pictures, delivery isn’t a headache, and their customer service actually replies. Prices are decent too. Overall just a good, no-nonsense shopping experience.

Product is cheap & plastic and then it stopped working- I contacted them and promised a refund since January!!!!
