An absolute scam. If I hadn’t have said anything they would have been happy to keep my money, but not ship my order. I waited over a month for them to “process” my refund. I was met with excuses, lies of “we are processing this for you”, even though my order status sat in the “processing” stage for over a month instead of actually being marked as canceled, and it took threatening legal action for them to actually cancel the order officially and process my refund. STAY AWAY! Always do your research first. If it’s too good to be true, it usually is. Their website also gets shut down by the TGA. It’s just not worth it. Take your money somewhere legitimate.

Submitted a vape order to be shipped to Australia. Payment went though and their automatic email said it would be shipped the next business day. 3 weeks later it had not shipped and I had not received any correspondence. Just complete silence. Went through my bank to obtain a refund.

PPP - piss poor performance, another new zealand company not worth the toilet paper their incorporation was done on. avoid as they refuse to provide support happy to do a money grab, and nothing after that. support number in AU is false, contact us is a scam. Reported as a scam to bank - they are reversing transaction

Doesn't ship to Australia, takes over a month to issue a refund. Don't even think about bothering.

I have submitted two tickets and now sent two emails, and no one has updated me on my order. The cost of these products is $180. This isn't good enough. I have since looked at reviews on the Shosha NZ site and there seems to be a similar problem. Please improve your customer support for missing items.
