I'm fed up with giving excuses to my customer why Shower Enclosures UK have failed to send the shower screen.
Try explaining that to a customer that is unable to use her new shower after 4 weeks of installation !
Ive sent an email asking for a full refund, failing that I will initiate a charge back.
Use SEUK at your own risk !

Firstly a full refund has been issued.
Secondly I’m very sorry that our service fell short of the mark on this occasion. Waiting 4 weeks is not acceptable.
After speaking with my staff, the supplier and logistics at length I can hopefully offer an explanation.
This order was shipped directly from the manufacturer on to our 3rd party logistics provider. All electronic paperwork was issued suggesting that the goods had been shipped and delivered. We didn’t know otherwise until your first phone call some days later.
What actually happened was that the goods had become separated from the shipping label during transport. This meant despite the system showing the goods as being scanned and delivered they were sat on a truck with no label.
We ship goods of this nature everyday and for 99% of the time the system works perfectly with orders arriving within the 3-4 day window.
I can only apologise again for your experience.

Brilliant service Danny!
I have had excellent service from Danny in customer sales. The shower screen that we bought was delivered bang on time and it is a really beautiful product! We bought the frosted type and it looks so elegant!
Danny supported so efficiently during the delivery process (even though we had lost the use of our landline). He was always amazingly patient and courteous to me.
So nice to find good, kind service in a hectic world

I purchased an Aquatech shower surround …
I purchased an Aquatech shower surround from this company and am very disappointed in the quality of the product.
The design is crude,making assembly very difficult,especially since the instructions were useless.
The integrity of the design was compromised dreadfully by the radius of the quadrant being 36 mm short.
I offered feedback to the company and was completely ignored

We’re very sorry you’re disappointed with your purchase.
At approx £142.00 delivered anywhere in the country the Aquatech range is the cheapest available on our website. To achieve this price point and still supply a product with 6mm glass and metal profiles the reality is that manufacturers have to look for ways to save money.
Lowering the price of a commodity level product is generally achieved by offering shorter guarantee periods or only basic aftermarket literature which we acknowledge is the case here – the instructions for a home owner to undertake fitting are limited. The manufacturer does however offer a technical support helpline which should have been present in the literature and can be reached on 01924 666 590. This can also be used to request spare parts in the future.
The radius of all quadrant shower surrounds on the market is 550 degrees to match all modern trays. The wall profile adjustment is used on either side to pull the surround forward or push back so that the curve runs centre to the rim of the tray. If the radius was truly 36mm short then this would not have fitted the tray and indeed would have been a faulty item which we would have replaced by the manufacturer.
We hope you enjoy the product now that it is fitted but would always advise customers to use a suitably qualified fitter rather than attempting installation themselves.

We’re very glad you’re happy with the products and the fact that our customer service advisor tried his best in a difficult situation. Of course we’re very sorry that in this case the delivery side of things went spectacularly wrong.
The delivery aspect of dealing with fragile bathroom products always has been and will continue to be the most challenging aspect of operating this business. Because we deal with glass, porcelain and other fragile materials we have to use transport services that are geared up to handle and deliver these items.
This means our options are limited and the majority of online bathroom companies unless they have their own transport use the same few companies to get goods to customers. This puts those services under lots of pressure.
We have spoken to Hawkins Transport about this delivery and they advise that the regular driver in the area was ill. This meant for the first day there were no deliveries and once a temporary driver was allocated they were playing catch-up. Following that they also missed deliveries, including yours, since the driver was not familiar with the patch.
Despite multiple phone calls and promises to us which we relayed to you the transport company failed to deliver in a timely fashion and also failed to update you by phone about the delivery. For that we are very sorry indeed. From 1000’s of deliveries made over a 6 year period we can count around 6-7 that despite our best efforts went wrong not once but on multiple occasions.
You will appreciate this is the last thing we want for our customers since as a transparent company scenarios like this come back to bite us in the form of a less than positive review.
I also understand that the missing T-Piece & support foot from your order has now been supplied, we hope you enjoy your walk in shower.

Ordered 2 radiators from Bathroom Radiators UK part of Shower Enclosures UK, their was a slight delay of 2 days but this was the couriers not the company itself and the helpful customer service agent got me them on next day delivery no problem. Lovely radiators, 1 didn't fit the space I had but that was my own judgement - they arranged collection and refunded promptly. I asked if they could source another one for me of a different size and he tried his best for me but the manufacturer was not producing them for at least 2 months - I commend the effort of this guy though and was impressed, Thank you.

A trustworthy Company with great customer care
At the same time as using Shower Enclosures UK we were also using a large well known company for our bathroom suite and the experiences that we had with both companies couldn't have been more different. The other company gave no individual customer service with problems sitting in their ticketing system for days and always someone different at the end of the phone. With Shower Enclosures UK the experience was much more personal and caring and they really want you to be a satisfied customer. They handled any queries promptly and rectified some slight logistical issues immediately and courteously. We would definately use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Great shower, great service
Plumber measured up shower tray - and got it wrong. Rang the company and they had the right enclosure delivered within two days and all for £55. Good quality unit for a fantastic price of £250 (Merlin quadrant). Really pleased as dealt with another company for our new toilet and - even though they sent me two halves of a different loo - was made to feel it was MY fault.

Hassle free service!
I received helpful advice in choosing products and prompt quotes. The items were from different manufacturers so didn't all arrive at the same time but all came quite quickly. One item was damaged but was replaced speedily without any argument.
