Always wanted window shutters. So when I moved in to my new home. I got them. But at first I didn’t think it would happened. My bay windows have a door right in the middle.

So i thought it would be impossible. I came cross shutter master. Booked appointment and sent pictures to the company. Ryan came to have a look. what a lovely and hardworking man he is.

Well I got my shutters and I cannot be more happy than I am now.
I love them . He did a brilliant and excellent job. I highly recommend him. The prices was reasonable.

I short-listed 3 companies for shutters for entire house and did a thorough like for like selection based on many factors. Shutter Master had by far the top score. Best quality product, great communications, accurate measurements, speedy installation, fair lead times, huge knowledge, very reasonable pricing. The actual installation was incredibly efficient, quick, tidy, clean. If that was not enough for 11/10 they are lovely people. I have recommended to friends and they have all been delighted.

Good quality shutters, competitively priced. Arrived as promised and the installation was top-notch. The fitter took real pride in his work, everything was left clean and tidy and the shutters look fantastic! No hesitation in recommending - excellent service from start to finish.

From start to finish the process was smooth other than for the lead time of 12 weeks due to supply chain problems. I am very happy with the shutters - they have transformed the windows!

Excellent service and good value for money

Great experience from start to finish with Shuttermaster. Process explained in detail at the outset so we knew what to expect. Expect a long wait as these shutters are bespoke made to measure. However the quoted delivery date was achieved and the shutters fitted quickly without fuss. The bay window shutters in particular look spectacular. Great job. And unexpectedly the shutters noticeably hold the heat in. So a real energy saver as well as good looking.

Shutters were delayed due to no fault of the company. I was updated with new dates as needed and then booked in quickly once they arrived. Fitting was done quickly and efficiently. I love them!
