SIDEY were very efficient in the installation and the new windows and doors are excellent the fitters were friendly and polite. The work was finished to our satisfaction.

The job was done on time, to time in a calm professional manner. I was pleased, impressed and satisfied with the whole process. There were a couple of minor snags to deal with, but they were handled in the same manner.

I purchased 5 windows and two doors from Sideys. My decision to use this firm was made without hesitation following a visit to my home from a friendly, extremely knowledgeable sales rep who was able to help me with choices without making me feel pressurised in any way. She was able to talk through doubts I had about changing window/door styles and offered alternatives for me to consider. When I made my decision and decided to order she went through with me clearly about what would happen next with regard invoicing/payment/delivery etc.
My doors/windows were then subsequently delivered on time.
My new doors/windows are even better than I am imagined them to be and neighbours have commented how smart they look! Although I had occasion to again get in touch with the firm re a small scratch on a door window this was dealt with immediately and replaced without any difficulty.
As a single house owner replacing my windows and doors was a big step for me but made easy by the friendly and competent staff from start to finish.
