Silk Travels UK Opiniones

Steve is a goal getter and it's a business manager any organisation can rely on. He was able to give me an excellent service within 10 mins I clicked on the company website. He rang me immediately and was able to give a cheaper ticket another agent has been wasting my time on. The kind of follow up I got from this Steve is exceptional and the ticket booking to part payment to bal to invoice to eticket was top notch, as in I have not gotten such from a ticketing company before. Please keep the good work and expect referral from me. Thank you for given me a better experience.

Nick has manage to get us a good deal so far and he has been very helpful with all the transactions. In fact, every agent I have spoken too were very helpful. Ahmad has been a gem, helped us with last minute changes and made everything less stressful. Thank you silk Travels.

Ahmad did a good job. Very satisfactory. Thank you

it made it so great because it was my first time to use the agency,so I I didn't know how to go about anything and the individual who assisted me Ahmad was lenient with me and even helped me off work hours.

For my first booking in December 2022, the team managed to find an excellent-value flight ticket last minute for me to join my kids for the end-of-year celebrations from Stirling to Abidjan, just like Tinkerbell with her magic wand. Additionally, their digital contract signing and secure payment are both time saving and convenient. Since then, I can't think of any better option for my bookings because they are smooth as silk. Kudos guys !!!

The company's name perfectly speaks for the quality of the service render. Since my first booking in December 2022, my travels are made easier. The team is always available and eager to respond to my travel needs and requirements by searching for the best options on a timely manner. Well done, I'm in for long!

I just had the most pleasant experience buying my ticket, I dealt with a very very professional Sam Walton, I could not believe the effort he put into getting me the cheapest ticket. He went above and beyond.
