Harris's Customer service satisfaction is excellent

i was very pleased by your agent for his handling of my enquiry for a cheap ticket to an overseas destination. he put a good amount of his time going through a couple of airlines looking for one. He eventually found me one and i was very happy with his service.

Samuel was awesome with our travel bookings to Freetown both last year and this year. He is polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. He tell you exactly what you are buying, not like some other travel agents. He is prompt to respond to all queries, and always search for the best options. Thank you Samuel. Thanks Silk travel

Great help from Steve to select and follow through with travel options.
Speedy communication throughout.
Thank you

I have had the best experience with a gentleman called Ahmad, he was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. He was patient with me as this was my first time purchasing E-tickets ( usually my husband does it).
When I had trouble with finding the best price he was on top of it, when my plane got delayed and later cancelled he was there to give his full support even after I had returned. Ahmad is surely an asset to this company and I look forward to travelling because he makes things so simple, he is always cheerful and very polite. He is my go to guy for travel and I recommend him highly. I will be passing his details on to friends and family.

I give 5 stars because the agent that helped me in booking the tickets was very helpful. His name is Jason Lee. He was very professional and answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. He talked me through the booking and was very patient with me.

Thank you so much Jason. I am a very satisfied customer
