ZERO STARS. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS RETAILER! They operate like a pair of clown shoes… took nearly 3months to fulfil my order, and didn’t communicate at all for the entire process. Abysmal customer experience with nothing but a pathetic apology at the end. I hope the brand @FikaGO is aware of how they are being poorly represented in the UK.

Ordered an innopet all terrain stroller and cushion, i emailed 4 days after placing the order as had
heard nothing re despatch just an email confirming the order after placing, they then advised they didnt have the cushion but offered an alternative which I accepted. When my order arrived there was no cushion and they had sent the wrong stroller. There is no phone number and only way to sort is chat box messaging/emails, not particularly apologetic or personal and more bothered about return than dispatching correct order, expect i will have to wait for them to receive my return which I now have to stay in for collection, so in all it will likely be 2 weeks from original order date till i recive my order, wish I had paid the few pounds and waited the 2/3 days extra and ordered from Amazon, wont use silver circle again.

I ordered an Airbuggy inner tube and, after placing the order and having payment taken, expected it to simply be dispatched.

Instead, a couple of days later I was contacted by customer service asking me to confirm that I actually owned an Airbuggy and that I had ordered the correct inner tube. I replied with a photo of my Airbuggy to confirm this.

I was then told my order would be shipped shortly, but was also asked where I had purchased my Airbuggy from. At that point, the whole interaction started to feel less like customer service and more like a fact-finding exercise about where their products are being sold.

If there is a legitimate reason for wanting to know where I purchased the buggy, just be upfront and explain why. Holding up an order that has already been paid for while asking questions that aren’t relevant to supplying an inner tube feels unnecessary and unhelpful.

Ultimately, it’s an inner tube. I could have bought one elsewhere, and the whole process has made what should have been a very simple purchase unnecessarily slow and frustrating.

I ordered from Germany.My pet stroller arrived on time in perfect condition. Definitely trustworthy.

Odd company, ordered someting listed as in stock only to receive email that it would be 3-6 weeks. This goes by and email them again - they respond to say still have no firm date. Why list something as in stock when that is clearly not the case? Its STILL listed as in stock!

Great experience with this company. Had to contact customer services, they were quick to respond and sorted my query very quickly. Very happy with the service and the stroller.

For my 16 month Cavachon , it is amazing quality and low to ground and she fits into this 10.8 kg she weighs,she is longer then expected to be so she grew out of her pram .
This is perfect , rain cover
Must add they can look out at front laying down , she gets in on own looks into our field from our doors .
Smooth quality colour is lovely.
It don’t have a tray underneath like my other one but this is close to ground making her feel safe .
Absolutely love this delivery was so quick as we going away soon West Sussex walking through woods farms my little dog she gets warm out after 40 mins likes to rest little legs , ideal fir me husband to push .
Our older dog of 13 years had a buggy bigger we pushed her around 2 years taking her to places in UK she lived her big buggy.
Don’t matter if old dog young dog this site is best for dog buggy’s and prams quality is like buying Harrods prams if not better.

since I bought my Innopet comfort air stroller from another company 5 years ago, who are no longer in business, and I've finally needed spare parts & have been delighted with Silver Circle Pets service - if you have any questions you get a quick reply, and also speedy delivery of any spare part I've needed to replace - fabric carrier & storage basket, & front wheel -It's brilliant to be able to easily source such items without having the expense of having to replace the stroller, as it's just so robust - absolutely brilliant all round - thank you!! I cannot recommend enough!! Thank you!!

The item we purchased had become out of stock in the UK. Instead of just cancelling our order we got a fab message explaining what had happened and that the item would be back in stock at the wholesaler, when it would be with Silver Circle Pets, and when I could expect it. Brilliant communication. Would highly recommend
