My necklace was perfect and as expected, but corroded within a year.

Very disappointed. Gold plated silver changed it's color. It is impossible to use these parts. Seller makes many mistakes. Shipping takes more than a month. Very bad products and service.

I don't understand why it is taking so long to receive my order. I purchased two necklaces, one I have received the other I am still waiting on mind you I placed the order on November 28, 2017 and all I get from them is will get back as soon as possible. Well that is bunch of crap. I will never order anything from them ever again and not only that but the necklace in real life looks like it should go to a child. Very displeased.

I wish I could give it zero stars!I orderd 5 necklaces on December 6th it up dated December 11th saying shipped well it's January 11th and they never arrived and it still says shipped.They don't even respond to my emails no more. And I can't find an actual number to call.Im pretty sure I've got scammed.Im so ANNOYED

I never received my necklaces!!! I bought a groupon voucher. This is unacceptable. Why is groupon prompting an unreliable business. I am not only turned off by this company. I am also turned off by groupon!

J'avais commandé mon colis en octobre 2015 et 4 mois après je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon colis. Le service après est très mauvais puisqu'il ne réponds a aucune de mes questions après 4 mois d'harcelement et une dizaine de messages et donc toujours pas de remboursement ou de renvoie. Il m'envoient des messages automatiques et il n'y a donc aucune communication possible. Très mauvais je déconseille vraiment !

I ordered a name necklace from this company, who claim to be UK but are actually in Poland. Ordered early December for Christmas Gift. Has never been received and they now are not responding to my several emails. Will be opening up a dispute with PayPal ... disgraceful . DO NOT ORDER, YOU MAY LOSE YOUR MONEY AS I DID!

I purchased the necklace from groupon. It took nearly a month to arrive! It is very poor quality, looks like a different necklace from the one advertised. It is scratched and badly marked on the rings. Stay away from this company, I would not recommend it to anyone!

You will not receive your goods!! Silvexcraft take your order and your money but your goods never arrive. When you ask for refund they say they can only give you a refund if you return goods!! When you tell them goods have never arrived they tell you to take it up with post office, who know nothing about it! I placed an order in good faith but have never received it and they refuse to refund money. The last message I got was that I should collect from post office although I've had no note from post office to say they have it and when I went there they had no idea what I was talking about. Buyer Beware!!!

I bought 3 Carrie style name necklaces from Silvexcraft via a groupon for £39.99. As they retail at £65 each I was expecting them to be great quality. I was shocked by the size when I received them , they're tiny! All the names are 4 letters long but they're smaller than a 5 pence piece. There's no height to them either & the font is hard to read as they're so small. I find it hard to believe that this is the product that Silvexcraft send out for £65. The necklace depicted on the model is much bigger & is therefore in my opinion very misleading. They obviously weren't interested when I complained all I can say is avoid this product & Silvexcraft.

Köpte ett halsband, påståendevis silver som blev kolsvart efter 3 dagars användning. Klagade och fick en massa bullshit om att det var så silver ska vara. Som om jag är 10 år gammal och köper mitt första halsband i silver. Dom vägrade ta tillbaka skiten som dessutom är lika tunn som ett hårstrå. Lika proffsig som ett halsband från en godisautomat!

I bought two necklaces from groupon.dk and I had to redeem them on silvexcraft website. But I never got anything. I contacted silverxcraft, they did not answer me, so I contacted groupon, they could not help. after three months I was able to just get my money back. Poor service and pure cheating.

I have now bought several items of silver from here and they have made lovely personalised gifts. The site delivered the items on time and items were as described. Thank you
