Dan and his team in larkfield branch was excellent from start to finish, we sold our house pretty quickly and the team helped us with regular updates regarding our conveyancing, we couldn’t get in touch with our solicitor at one point but the team managed to contact her and put pressure on her to make sure everything goes smoothly. Their charge was less than the competitor as well.

Dan and the team at Simon Miller, Larkfield, have been outstanding from start to finish with regards to the sale of our property. It sold within a couple of days and although we had a very long (and complex) chain below us, the team kept in touch and helped to manage it for us, through to completion.
