I had lost my dad over last summer, he had owned a house and I didn't know what I was going to do with it, I called these people and they told me they would handle everything and they did. A week to a week and a half later it was all done.

Thus far including my initial contact they have been professional, timely, cooperative, understanding with our requests. I would definitely recommend them to others.

After a lot of research and a lot of horror stories we began working with Randy from simple quarters. Not only was the property exactly as presented it was priced correctly without the typical inflated pricing of a contract purchase. The understanding,constant communication and simple closing made our purchase less stressful than a typical wall mart checkout. Their use of an escrow company for the duration of the contract fair interest rate and overall service puts simple quarters head and shoulders above anyone we have dealt with.
