Ordered led under counter lights, vert fast delivery, have just fitted to my lodge, get light and lower cost than the old tubes we used to have..

No problems at all...

I phoned to see about a price match and was asked to email in or use their online enquiry and I'd get a response in about 20 minutes. I used online button - no response 24 hours, emailed in - got a response a whole week later saying they won't price match as its out of stock with the other company.

Fair enough BUT it wasn’t out of stock – After 5 days I gave up on Simply, ordered it from the people I’d asked to price match and received it a day later. I also ordered other fittings that I was going to get from Simply, but from another company and received these promptly too.

Don’t bother with this company; they will waste your time.

Very disappointed with my purchase.
The downlights looks very cheap and the chrome cover isn't working on them and as a result defeated their purpose.
I've ordered a 6.3m led strip and received a 6.1m instead.

I would recommend.

This is now my go to company for my lighting needs. They have some great new to the market products that make it really easy to improve lighting in your home. Just fitted some LED patterns in my dad's garage and he is blown away with how they have lifted the space. Some reassuring customer satisfaction statements and good delivery times make this supplier really hard to ignore.

Having used Simply Lighting twice now they have twice failed to deliver my products within a week. They don't carry stock so have to order it in. As such, its totally hit or miss whether they come in in time or not and then they have to ship out to you so if you want these now, order elsewhere.

I ordered some LED spotlights for under kitchen cabinets, they delivered them on time and well packaged so no risk of damage. The lights are excellent quality and were a very good price so I am happy. I would definitely use this company again in the future.
