We have used this company before. The right product at the right price, and excellent customer service. On both occasions, the confirmation has come back in less than 30minutes. Simple to use and clear instructions, we wouldn’t use any one else.

Used these a few times now and this last one was a monitored LF service was excellent

Excellent service and customer service very efficient.

This process was introduce to me and it was rather easy and straightforward, this company gets back to you in a very timely fashion, explains in detail what to do, and acts in a pleasant manor, I was very happy with the service and would recommend to ANYONE who is looking to travel quickly and for a fair price, thank you again!

Amazing service and really helped me when my other provider had major IT issues. Would highly recommend

Fantastic customer service. We were let down last minute by Randox and this company were amazing. Highly recommend.

These guys stepped in to verify our test results when the company we originally ordered from suffered massive issues and we couldn't even log in to their app to get our result verified. Simply Test Me have literally saved the day for us by verifying them. They have been helpful and their communications and responses are so quick. I will definitely use them again.
Thank you so much for your help!

Amazing, fixed another providers incompetence! Stepped up when Randox let us down - immediate personal and brilliant service. Cannot recommend enough will only use them in futuee

Amazing fast service!! Would highly recommend!

Used this company 3 times, every single time they are amazing! Have used them for supervised lateral flow tests, always receive the test in the post 2 days after ordering (even for normal post!) always on time for appointments and are always on hand for even minor questions. Reply almost instantly via WhatsApp and super fast via email too. I even accidentally spelt my name wrong once when ordering and these guys happily changed it for me. Everyone I have spoken to is so lovely and I’ll continue using them as long as I need travel covid tests. THANK YOU!! 5*
