Good website, product and delivery service

Disappointed by the hefty extra charge for delivery to Northern Ireland.

Good fast service

I ordered a sink and tap, these were delivered quickly and the delivery driver was courteous and helpful - he put the pallet containing the sink into our garage for us rather than leaving is kerbside. The sink was well protected by a lot of bubble wrap so arrived in excellent condition.

The tap I had ordered didn't fit where I had intended to put it - I contacted sinks-taps and they sent an alternative (of my choice) via next day delivery. They also arranged to take back the tap I no longer required. This was all done with no fuss and they were very helpful throughout.

All in all I was very impressed with the service provided and would happily use them again (and recommend them to others).

I got my filters as scheduled and they were exactly what I ordered but the packaging was a bit damaged (filters were okay - I think/hope). The filters were in the original boxes but they were wrapped in a grey plastic bag so they got crushed, banged up. Should have been in a more sturdy box.

Rude staff members, unacceptable behavior and unreasonable attitude towards their customers. Even the delivery driver was complaining about the company.

The product itself is beautiful and the quality is excellent (I'm a big fan of Abode designs) - the issue for me is that, with this model, the hand spray only connects to the cold tap, and this wasn't made clear online. When I called sinks-taps, I was told that, in a bid to keep the product descriptions short, there is not enough page space to go into minute detail, and that I should have telephoned to ask about the product before placing my order online. Although I am a regular customer, I have to admit to being disappointed by the customer service in this instance and I see that the product description has not been updated. It is possible to buy an additional connector valve from a plumbing supplier, but at £60, this is obviously an unwelcome expense and hassle!

Helpful staff when i called with questions. Lovely product, would recommend.

The Co has a good website with tech help pages on what and how to specify. The lady on the sales line gave me more help on interpretation. The tap took a couple of extra days to arrive but this was because they check manufacturers' pack contents before dispatch and in my case caught a "part complete".

For me working shift patterns that vary, I made the call and the lady had no problem organising a day that suited me, I am thrilled with sink it is beautiful and has finished my kitchen beautifully.

Product came promptly, well packaged and as advertised.

Ordering sink was simple. Package arrived safely on date given. Really pleased with product, it just finishes off the kitchen.
