Nice staff and eclectic gift shop
Nice staff - they even gave me a free tote bag because I bought some stuff at their "pop-up" event within the store. I liked it they give opportunity to meet the makers of some of the edible merchandise they sell. They sell merchandise which is appealing to international and national Amsterdam young crowd

Fun, Friendly Shop
Six and Sons is a unique and interesting concept, offering an eclectic range of items coupled with a wonderful cacao bar, a friendly, intelligent host in Leon and even friendlier dog called Gecko (who also attracts the attention of passers-by). I've done a bit of Christmas shopping here already, and plan on doing a bit more when I return next week - also a good excuse to have another heartwarming warm cacao drink while having a chat and listening to a soothing playlist.
It's a wonderful experience that really sets Six and Sons apart from your regular everyday store.

Excellent customer service!
The staff has been extremely helpful! I was looking for quite some specific gift items: six and sons even checked their supplier so that they could order and have in store what I was looking for. They made my search quite a bit easier. Excellent service!

Dear Olga,
We sent you an email specifying the problem of sending it to your country. The shipping companies changed their rates and also mention at the time that we wanted to order that it was not possible as they had issues internally.
We provided you with this information and also refunded the amount.
There may be a time difference between when we refund and when you receive the money back as stripe holds the money until they do a payout - can take from a few days to a week to process.
If you were unhappy why didn't you send us a message? We would have chased the payment to let you know whats happening.
We will stop sending to this country to avoid future disappointments.

We love the locally produced Sweet Heat Hot Honey! Next time you are in Amsterdam come and visit our CACAO BAR (raw/ceremonial grade cacao) - we used it with cacao as well - it's delicious :)
