The driver quick, efficient, was friendly and new how to manoeuvre in what was a tight space!

Terrible service as they have subcontracted payments and communications to circle waste, the reviews for circle waste speak for themselves. Entirely focused on money with no customer service. You spend hours on call queues with different parts of the company not linked up and customers get blamed for their mistakes. Skip arrived a week late after endless calls, no apology no discount. Would not recommend hire a local skip instead.

Easy to order, quick delivery and a very helpful delivery driver. Can't fault them, personally.

Booked in skip for Saturday for 2 days. Day before skip was due to be received an email saying no skips available, will be delivered on the Monday, hope that’s ok. This was pointless, you shouldn’t be able to book if the skip isn’t actually available.

Skip cancelled by company after placing order and not refunded. No contact to emails sent to resolve. Would not recommend using. Issue is unresolved.

Takes forever to get skip collected, three emails later and it’s still in the job

Flexible and on time! Booked for two days and extended with no problem.

Date that was requested on order could not be honoured as no drivers available but was delivered next day. Had call in advance when driver was on his way. Skip put in rear driveway which entailed some expert reversing by the driver. Well done! Great service. Just had to be careful in what we put in the skip as there was a list of not allowed items which meant still had to go to the tip!

Did exactly what they said they would on time completely hassle free.
Only negative would be the time taken to deal with an eta enquiry over the phone. The lady was extremely pleasant, polite and helpful it just took what was noticeably longer than it should in my opinion. That said I would definately use again, in general very good and maybe I'm more impatient than others!

Never turned up, got issued a refund on the same day.

Called up to rebook and they put the price up, saying the reason it got cancelled was because I used the online form, which doesn't account for delivery distance.

I then Found an email in my junk saying they didn't have enough skips for a 4 yard, which I believe is a lie after speaking with someone on the phone who could get me a skip.

Canceled my order with no communication.

Booked a skip on the 17th October for 20th October. Came back home from work and no skip on the drive. I received no calls or texts saying it wasn't getting delivered. I checked my emails when I got home, and they emailed me saying they were refunding the money.

Very poor service. Won't be using again.

**Circle Waste – Absolutely Not Recommended**

I booked a skip with SkipHire UK (Circle Waste) to help clear my late father's house. Their online system allowed me to select a Saturday delivery and confirmed the booking. But late on the Friday before, I received an email saying the skip would instead arrive Monday — leaving me no time to find an alternative provider.

Monday was my final day on site, so I bagged most of the waste and left it ready for loading. What followed was a frustrating chain of delays:

- 10:30am: Promised delivery time
- 11:30am: Told it would arrive by 12:30
- 12:30pm: Called again — now “another hour”
- 1:30pm: Still no skip — told it would be another hour
- 2:30pm: No skip — told it would be another hour
- 3:30pm: Called again — “another 30 minutes”

The skip finally arrived just before 4pm. I only had an hour, just enough time to half-fill it before leaving, effectively wasting half the cost of the hire.

The experience was chaotic, stressful, and nearly resulted in cancellation ( I wish I had ). I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Took the order for the skip then sent an email the next day saying it wasn’t available for another 5-6 days. This is the second time they have done this now.

The skip that was delivered was not the same size as the measurements given on their website and the image of how big a kip is against a 6 ft person is very inaccurate. I contacted the firm to ask them to confirm they had delivered the wrong size, I sent the photos and chased it numerous emails. Each time they said they would get back to me however after 10 days there was still no reply or confirmation of the wrong size being delivered. Would not use this firm again

Arrived exactly on time as agreed. Collected precisely 2 weeks later as agreed. Great communication, competitive price and easy to book on-line. 2nd time I have used them, I will use them again.
