I’m sorry if you felt that your concerns weren’t being listened to or that the support you received was scripted rather than focused on resolving the issue. When problems occur with broadband or equipment, our teams do need to complete checks and troubleshooting first, as replacing equipment doesn’t always resolve the fault, especially where wiring, setup, or external factors may be involved. That said, this should always be explained clearly and handled with care and understanding.
We never want customers to feel blamed, dismissed, or left under this level of stress, and I’m sorry that this has been your experience. Your feedback is important, and we’d really like the chance to review what’s happened, especially ahead of any engineer visit, to make sure you’re getting the right support and next steps.
