Malik at the Sky Croydon branch provided truly exceptional customer service. He took the time to review my entire Sky package thoroughly, identified excellent deals that were genuinely suited to my needs, and even managed to reduce the cost of my account. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional throughout, and I never felt rushed or pressured.

What particularly stood out was the way Malik made me feel genuinely valued as a long-standing Sky customer rather than taken for granted. His approach significantly strengthened my positive impression of Sky as a brand: I came away feeling that the company wanted to retain my custom by giving me the best possible value and service. Malik is an outstanding ambassador for Sky, and I hope his exceptional customer care, professionalism and commitment to delivering value for customers are formally recognised.

Well first of all it's hard to get a call centre that speak English then for the same contract on the website that wouldn't work for some reason it would of cost £103 but under the call centre it would of cost £200 then the call centre trying to get me to pay an emergency service of all sorts , all I wanted was to change the account from my 8o year old mother into my name as I already pay for it , but they said cannot do it so now have to wait 24 months to cancel it.

What exceptional service from Elvis at the Sky store in Croydon, I had an issue in signing my credit agreement and he called customer service for me and he got the problem resolved. It took around 2 hours but it was problem with my account and is sorted.
