I was called to agree a new deal but I am deaf so I asked the lady if they could email me the deal and she said 'no". I'm so disappointed that my disability is too much to handle for Sky.

Pete was really helpful with transfering everything over to our new phones. Knew his stuff and was really patient. Didnt rush us either, even as it was the end of day.
