The salesman made my purchase stress free. I have never made an impulse purchase from a salesman in the street, always prefering to carry out my own research. However, everything positive and negative with different solutions was explained confidently and with humanity. No pushy sales trying to close a deal otherwise I would have walked away. Enjoyable experience and if I had not have signed on the spot, I would have travelled to their normal place of work to complete.

From a 'I'm just enquiring about price' to sign me up! Richard was fantastic, very knowledgeable, patient (I asked a lot of questions and clarified things a LOT!) and highly reassuring. He took the time to listen to what I'd looked at online, and bettered it! Not at all pushy, obviously he tried to upsell a premium package, he's in sales after all, but when I explained I just wanted a standard tv package for now, he quickly switched things over. Very much "here's what you could have" rather than "here's what you should have".
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him as someone to chat to about options. Really helpful and offered to assist with any queries or issues I might have.

Just want to take a moment to highlight how exceptional staff member called Ravi at Sky is. I have been looking at Sky Glass for a while now but never got around sorting it. Ravi in St George’s stopped me when I was out shopping and sold me full package. I have had the Glass tv for couple of months now and I have absolutely fallen in love with the product. Ravi was really passionate and if it wasn’t him convinced me I would still be stuck with my 15 years old Sony. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a strong positive impression and he truly represents your company in the best possible way. Please hold on to Him, staff like this are hard to find and make a real difference.
