Bad internet conectivity and charges to exit.
I moved to Sky in December, during the 6 months my internet was bad, intermitent connection, I lost connection during calls. I did all the steps by steps of the app, I open tickets in several times and they never solved the issues. I work and study from home, so I had no other option of leaving. Of course, even the poor service they charged me for early termination. The poor connection really affected my work performance and studies. I wouldn't recommend at all. Previous was BT perfect service, and now Hyperoptic perfect connection and answers too.
