Seems like a scam, or maybe they just don't care
The website was easy to use, and ordering was a breeze; HOWEVER, I have now been waiting on a Polyurethane adhesive order for over a month. I ordered from their website on February 25th and have yet to receive even a notification that the order has shipped. The status has been stuck at "processing," while the other order status shows "Order Received". This order was for a project at my work, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and transparency around my order. I have tried to call their customer service phone number on multiple occasions, only to wait 15+ minutes before the line is disconnected. I can't even say if customer service was good or not because the line hung up on me before I could even talk to someone.
UPDATE: Within 24 hours of this review, SkyGeek updated my order to 'shipped' (04/01) and apparently shipped it overnight (10 AM delivery), as the package was delivered this morning (04/02). Seems the only way to reach customer service and get your product is to write a review on here...
When I made my order
When I made my order, I paid an additional $60 for two day shipping. It took four days to get my part and I got no refund. They proceeded to tell me that it only counts when they get possession of the parts so they don’t actually even have the part on hand, but they failed to mention all this when you order it or put it on their website. But I would think twice about paying any additional shipping or even purchasing. I will never purchase from sky geek again.
Their website also stated that the part I purchased was made in the United States, but when I received it, it says made in Mexico.
Waste of time

I ordered a $500 Concord battery and…
I ordered a $500 Concord battery and they shipped one that was 19 months old ! It took a week to setup the return and wasted a lot of time. Their customer service is terrible. I ordered another battery from a reputable supplier and the battery was 3 weeks old. The company that owns the plane missed 3 business trips because of the return delay.
This place was great a couple years…
This place was great a couple years ago. Now their website is inaccurate with whats in stock and how long it takes to ship. You'll wait at least 2 weeks for a shipment. Ordered something that was "In Stock" but was actually back ordered and no one bothered to let us know.
Shipping experience is horrible
Shipping experience is horrible. I placed an order on August 22, 2025, all items were listed as *IN STOCK* with more than sufficient quantities available for my order.
Eleven days later, Sept 2, I reach out to them to ask when my order is shipping and was told on Sept 3 that "my order had a backordered item that was just received into the warehouse yesterday", how convenient! and was told that "It will ship today". On Sept 4th I told them to cancel the whole order. I placed the same order with A/C Spruce on Sept 7 (Sunday) and all except 1 item shipped on Sept 8, one item shipped on Sept 9.
Shipped nearly expired fuel tank sealant
I ordered fuel tank sealant. A safety-critical item with a limited shelf life of 6 months. It arrived April 3, with an expiration of end of April, 2025. When I complained, I first received a frankly insulting non-response from an AI.
Then I was informed that "Shelf Life requests must be noted on your order when submitting. "
I reviewed the SkyGeek Shelf life Policy.
It says:
"However, we will not ship products with fewer than 30 days of use remaining."
Skygeek shipped the product, which expires on April 30, on March 31. So there were exactly 30 days remaining.

Do not waste your or your customers time ordering anything from these people. Ordered AMS32181 on 12/10/2024 with a lead time of ten days. After multiple phone calls to them we just received an automatic email saying our money was returned. When contacted again was put off multiple times while trying to talk to a supervisor, only to be told the cost had increased 40 dollars after the first of the year and why our order had been cancelled, when I informed them again my order had been placed before the new year they informed me they do not place supplier order the same day a customer pays them, nor do they place the order that week, or even that month. They offered no resolution or apology at all. Talked to my employees in a very unpolite and very unprofessional manner. Sky geek even had the item still listed at the original price until our complaint. They also have paid to sponsor their own adds on chrome and goggle search so that they will be they only supplier to come up for items they don't produce or keep in stock, knocking out the possibility of finding companies that actually do. It's not even the price increase. It's the fact our customers will now be waiting for DPAS rated parts which anybody in the aerospace industry knows this will result in charge backs from customers and can actually affect our supplier rating which will affect our ISO report and future sales. We are a small company doing our best to always reach our customers' expectations. Like I said not even an apology was offered. We would have paid the price increase if they ever even bothered to offer that. The kicker. They still have NOT returned our money. Our company has since contacted The Office of the Attorney General of New York consumer fraud department and let our customer know that highly recommended them of these events.
We purchased a 2-part epoxy A&B for…
We purchased a 2-part epoxy A&B for $1000, when we went to use it a little over 2 months later, the part B was expired. I called them and they were unable to help us. So now, we're late on the job and we're over budget.
I'll go somewhere else from now on.

$45 for ONE cam lock
$45 for ONE cam lock, that sells for about $4 each elsewhere. At least they only charge $28 to ship it. It is an inch long and weighs 1 millionth of a pound.

Cancelled my order for no good reason
We have done business with SKYGEEK for years and never had any problem until now. Nicole decided to cancel my order due to a company name match on CSL. I talked to her and assured her we had no affiliation with any other company that shared our name. We have been in business since 1974 as a FAA certified operator, had secret clearances and good standing with the State of Colorado. I talked to CSL, they suggested she do a proper search and when I mentioned it to her, she did nothing. Obviously, they don't need our business anymore.
Stay Away - nothing in stock!
Placed an order for items listed in stock, a week later no shipment and was told one item is 46 weeks!
They don't stock anything, they buy and resell.
All in stock data is a lie
Customer service is a bunch of illiterate dimwits - they don't know what it means to be honest.
I had very bad experience a week years back but was dumb enough to trust them again -- got burnt again!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Slow, slow, slow to ship. No tracking information or notice of shipping provided. No way to contact customer service, email or phone. Do not buy from this company…it will just lead to total frustration.
After reading reply from SkyGeek, I must respond. When order was placed the products selected stated in stock, otherwise I would have placed my order with another vendor. As far as contacting their costumer service, there is no such number or email contact listed on the bottom of order as they claim.
Again, do not place orders with this company, they are not truthful!!

Slow
I placed an order for a battery November 20th, two and a half days before Thanksgiving. The order showed to be Processing on November 24th so I called but Skygeek apparently took off both Thursday and Friday for a long weekend. My order is still processing. According to the website, Skygeek ships in 3 to 5 business days so it may not ship at all until Wednesday 9 days after it was ordered. Skygeek also says that Fedex takes 4 days to deliver so now we are at 13 days.
I paid Skygeek's premium price for this item and am very unhappy that it will take two weeks or longer to arrive. I am certain that this will be my last experience with Skygeek.

6 business days IN STOCK not shipped yet. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm for this company. Wish I had seen these reviews first. First time ordering aircraft mx items and likely my last.

DELAY DELAY DELAY! Avoid them!
I have order 3 pcs of B737-800 landing gear lockpin, part number C32026-12. I ordered on 6th April 2023, the information was order takes 34-37 business day to process. Until today, 15 June 2023, they have not sent my order yet. I sent them emails many times asking about my purchase, and i always get the same template answer, and each time they replied my email, the shipping date delay always getting worse. They will not inform you unless you ask. I don't know how long do i have to wait for my lockpin.

I hate leaving a bad review
I hate leaving a bad review, but this company is out of touch with the ordering process. Communication is key when someone is waiting on an aircraft part! This is the second time I have ordered and no communication. Don't waste your time, it might cost you a little more elsewhere but at least you know when you are going to receive it.

Sky Geek bad business practice
I placed an order and the web site said in stock, so I ordered it and immediately called them to confirm they actually had it in stock. They said one of the items was not actually in stock and had a 40 day lead time. I canceled the order right then and there on the phone not more than a couple of minutes after placing the online order. And found another vendor that actually had it.
I get my credit card and it shows me being charged for the part of the order Sky Geek had in stock. over $1000, They would not refund my purchase because they have a policy about certain items not being cancelable, even though not 10 minutes had elapsed after placing the order.
Order number was 214008.

Placed an order in July it's now December. I keep getting told it's on back order but shipping in September, once September gets there I check and they tell me it should ship on the 12th, then after the 12th they tell me Oct. and it repeats. Only communication is after I sit on hold for 5 min. to talk to someone and them give me bad info.
