Awful - better sites out there

omg! sky vegas seriously need to sort their website issue its been like this since yesterday! .......go to their website.... homepage freezes unable to scroll up down... if you are lucky enough for a game to load it take about 5 mins to do so then it just freezes. The problem actually seems to lie with their HOMEPAGE causing the problems..for example just been on via my chromebook..all loaded fine....select a game fine....but then after a few mins play an unresponsive message appears in relation to the HOME page not responding if you press exit you just get the AW SNAP error. Just tried on my android via website all seems fine at first till you attempt to scroll up and down the home page...try to select a game and nothing happening doesnt take a genius to realize something they clearly dont and are not aware of ....my mum just tried hers on my chromebook same thing and on her phone get it sorted sky vegas! or litterally really is no point playing

So after my last review I decided to reopen my account and have another go hopefully things might have changed, I deposited £100 and proceeded to play a few of my favourite games such a big bass and Fishin frenzy, the big bass games as expected just like every other site that has there own branded version of big bass (pragmatics little stamp of ownership) absolutely sucked nothing but dead’s spin and the constant scripted bonus tease that never land ( the ones where the screen is full of premium symbols) so yeah nothing new there, I then had ago on some of my favourite Fishin frenzy games (mostly the jackpot king version) and the results of that is this £50 starting balance at 20p a spin, my biggest single win was a staggering 60p with about 99% of my spins dead spinning and teasing repeatedly, so I re-closed my account and I have no intention of ever using it again, (WARNING if any website you play on has its own brand version of any PRAGMATIC games such as big bass or sweet bonanza/sugar rush, you WILL NEVER WIN)

Never had an issue until recently, I have been a big fan of the games.

The last week I have had winnings that were never sent to my bank account, missing winnings.
Have been trying to communicate for over a week and have been messed around and lied to about the issue being dealt with (with proof of lies and being messed around) I would not recommend, you will be spending money to think you’re winning money but overall your losing money especially when they refuse to help locate missing winnings until you take further action and even then you have no communication from them either.

Appalling customer service make you wait ages . They will never accept they are in the wrong and also very low quality and chance of wins

Me and my wife did a trial,,we both deposited £10,,me on sky her on a different site,,we played the same game at 30p per spin,,,mine lasted 6 mins 29 seconds before it was gone,,my wife in the same time got two bonuses and ended up with £37 29p,,,,we did the same on two more different games and the results were nearly the same,,,sky is a scam and nothing else

My account got suspended more than a year ago, I realised I had a small amount of funds in my account. I requested to withdraw the funds via the chat function. The withdrawal reference: 17795198712 (from my transactions tab). The website shows withdrawals via visa direct are completed within 4 hrs and I still have not received this withdrawal. I hope this withdrawal is processed quickly.

Games are rigged you got to pump a load of money to even get a win and when you do you will only get back what you deposited £100 on Big bass got a scatter when down to last £5 or so and won £100 they are very clever at manipulating there games you will never be in proffit with these guys in just one big scam

Again I have to write a review in the hope someone can help Again I have opted in to a promotion wager £5 on boomstick bill to received 10 free spins completed over £7 so i go to collect the rewards its disappeared after completing wagered requirements and I have not received anything instead the promotions now saying that I have to wager £10 and the money I've already wagered has disappeared over£7 wagered and disappeared contacted them again as I have had multiple times the same issues and again the same response from you have completed to you haven't completed and the promotions which I have opted in for doesn't exist but I can still deposit and play £10 and I should disregard the previous message saying I have completed the £10 I have not completed the requirements so I asked why the money I have spent hasn't been added to the progress bar as I have opted in to the promotions which means I should have already wagered and should only have £3 left they replied ok then sorry for the inconvenience caused but there's nothing else they can do so I asked if they were crediting the promotion I have opted in and wagered or are they crediting my account again replied okay said okay? They again said nothing they can do and they have to end chat I let them know that I was not happy with the response and I will be taking it further and nothing i left the chat as I have had multiple sites do the same thing and I have not had any resolution apart from being acusssed of complaining to much if you mention the money you've spent they acusssed me of gambling issues resulting in my account being closed and then it effects multiple accounts associated with the sites being closed or restricted because they are concerned about my gambling i have never had any concerns from any sites until I have evidence proof of the issues I have contacted them about and realised that instead of them admitting that they are at fault they are twisting the blame on customers and shutting down the complaint ive experienced this with multiple sites and every site I have provided information to confirm the issues they have closed or restricted my account this is a genuine issue and I have tried to resolve it with the sites but its constantly shut down and I am unable to ever get a resolution to this issue that I have been having

Please guys ignore the fake positive reviews. Payouts on skyvegas workout massively less than advertised. Spun over 300 quid losses on Colussos Gates slot without a single bonus. Asked on live chat about their 80% return and believe it or not you can spin any amount but even if it pays out as little as 2p it's classed as a winning spin so be very careful

Funds going on and coming off are ok, but the wins on there slots are atrocious. 700 plus spins to get a feature that pays usually less than 20x your stake, pots that you build up never pay but the lowest amount.
People don't mind losing but at least give them some entertainment, not stats about your slots saying that they are set at.... bla bla bla.
