I love this site

I am a loyal player and spend alot of money..bonuses on thursday 26th march stated i waa due money as a loyalty bonus
.also to open 1 of 3 boxes to win a prize..i never recieved any of these..very rare i get any loyalty bonus or anything else from sky vegas so when you give then take away i feel this is extremely unfair

I'm not a big gambler and I haven't used that many gambling websites/apps, certainly not all that are out there, but I have found Sky Vegas to be one of the better ones. The layout/design is clear and easy to navigate and there is generally a good range of promotions available. Their customer service is excellent too, quick response times and they have always been able to resolve any issues more or less straight away. I have the odd issue with the app glitching, but it is generally very reliable. I'd like to win more often, but so would everyone. The only other thing is that having been a customer for 15+ years, I used to get a birthday bonus every year, but I haven't had one for the last 1-2 years, possibly longer, and it's a shame as it was a nice treat and made me feel valued as a customer. Overall though, it's still an enjoyable experience.

BE VERY AWARE- Skyvegas has technical issues where the game will freeze after a bonus win and don’t pay out. Contacted customer service who said they cannot access previous game history to locate the problem with the game I played, therefore cannot receive any winnings.

Love it brilliant choice of games

I've spent hundreds of pounds and not won nothing , ya need to set ya games so they pay some cash out, ya can't keep taking people's money and not paying anything small or big wins .

I feel like i have to spend or wager quite a lot of money before i see any return. I am also disapointed to discover i am not eligable for the free prize machine no longer having been a loyal customer and spent alot of money with sky vegas over the years

New broadband put in was not working properly still nothing done

I’ve been playing skyvegas for years. And suddenly for no reason it tells me I’m not eligible for any promotion WHY?
