I made an order from this company SKYY Campers GMBH and paid the whole amount for one of listed caravans. I have an invoice and contract, but they didn't delivery anything. They do not refund the payment to my company. Now they are not responding to my e-mails and phone calls.
They are scammers!

I have been discussing with "the owner" for a couple of weeks about a motorhome. He told me that he wants all the money before sending out the motorhome to me. 😂😂😂 And he offered a free transportation of the motorhome to my address. 😂😂😂 Do not trust! They are selling dreams!

Skyycampers is a company that sells various merchandise, as well as campers and caravans. The problem is that the photos of the vehicles come from various sources, perhaps from other websites. They do not allow you to inspect the vehicles in person (probably because the vehicles are not in their possession) and they try to fill your email with false data and a lot of fabricated information. They also offer payment facilities in such a way that once the payment has been made, everything disappears and there is neither vehicle nor money.

Oni dovoze kamp prikolicu šta je tkđ. uključeno u cijenu, imamo dva dana za pregled i odluku, hoćemo li ga kupiti ili ne. Ako ne, polog se vraća. Malo sutra! Ostali smo bez 4200 eura. Nama to nije malo

In principe hebben we ervoor gekozen geen camper te kopen bij deze firma. Er zijn nogal wat rode vlaggen:
Je vindt geen enkele onafhankelijke review - dit is de eerste, die ik nu schrijf.
De firma Skyy GmbH in Mülheim Duitsland vind je niet op google maps. Het adres is een woonhuis zonder een faciliteit om campers op te slaan of te kunnen bekijken. De campers die online staan zijn volgens de eigenaar opgeslagen in een loods in Flensburg. Daar mag je niet gaan kijken.
Dat is alvast 1 rode vlag.
1) Je kan de camper voor aankoop niet inspecteren.
Volgens de wet heb je bij aankoop als koper een onderzoeksplicht. Je moet je op de hoogte stellen van wat je koopt voordat je het koopt. Hier gaat het dus al mis.

2) Je moet de camper betalen voordat je hem kan beoordelen. De eigenaar van Skyy GmbH wil dat je 50% vooruit betaald waarna ze de camper zullen leveren. Voordat je de camper mag aanraken moet de tweede 50% op hun rekening staan. De vraag is natuurlijk, wordt de camper dan ook wel echt geleverd of ben je dan 50% tot 100% kwijt.

De eigenaar reageert snel via email maar is heel star als je je twijfels uitdrukt. Je krijgt 2 dagen de tijd om de camper te beoordelen als je hem hebt ontvangen en is het niet goed dan mag je hem teruggeven. Dat is hun policy. Maar als klant heb je dan alles betaald en zit je met de gebakken peren als de camper niet is zoals de fotos. De campers zijn op de website zeer attractief en voordelig - misschien te mooi om waar te zijn. Ons heeft Skyy Campers van Skyy GmbH niet kunnen overtuigen.
