We went with Oli as Slade were selling the house we were keen on. Having had a number of valuations from different estate agents in Wolverhampton, Oli was the most genuine and hands-on. Fast responses, great photos, never left in the dark, always knew what was going on with our sale and purchase, whenever appointments were made, they were met. Viewing information sent through promptly so I could plan my day/week. Sold our house in 4 days. Can't recommend him and Slade Property Collective enough. Hopefully never moving again, but would gladly use them if I did. Recommending to all I know.

Oliver was fantastic. Highly communicative and did a great job of keeping the pressure up on our buyer's solicitors (Nova Legal) who were absolutely shocking. I would 100% use Slade again.

Slade have a very different approach to a lot of estate agents in Wolverhampton, in that they list properties for a fair market value, rather than an inflated starting price, which seems to be very rare! As such their properties seem to attract a lot of attention and sell very quickly!

Another amazing benefit is Ollies extensive knowledge of reputable local tradespeople - I really struggled to find anybody willing to provide a quote for work until we had completed which would have made negotiations tricky following a survey, but everyone Ollie recommended came out and quoted without issue.

The next time I need an estate agent, Ollie will be the first person I'd call.

We recently sold a house in Pendeford through Slade which was handled by Oliver Jones and sold within 2 weeks. We had quotes from other estate agents before who would barely spend 15 minutes when valuing, Oliver was thorough, explained everything clearly and felt like we actually mattered. We recently completed a rather long running and frustrating house purchase in Oxley, Wolverhampton sold by Slade and handled by Oliver Jones. That wasn't in any way the fault of Slade but we were really impressed by the proactive approach from Oliver....always available and willing to look to find a solution. Just wanted to recommend Mark Slade at Slade Property Collective after our sale finally completed. Mark has been with us on the arduous journey since the start, and not sure how we would have coped without him. Everything was going swimmingly until something came up on our survey and we had to almost start again! But Mark stuck with us and communicated brilliantly with us and the buyers meaning that the sale could still go through to everyone’s satisfaction. We met Mark by sheer accident when we came out of a property we'd viewed he introduced himself and we got talking and he told us about himself and the fact he was an estate agent and we told him we were interested in the property but hadn't put ours on the market yet as agreed in conversation we asked Mark to value our property he is the most fantastic guy very professional and thorough he took so many photos of all angles and gave us a realistic valuation as we wanted potential buyers through the door the photos were quality and all literature was absolutely brilliant we sold our house in 6 days I couldn't believe it what a result I would highly recommend Mark to market your property wherever you live he is honest professional and nothing is too much trouble he keeps you informed at all stages and I'm so glad we used him for our sale I'm so grateful for everything to Mark and his associate oliver cheers guys you deserve to do well I can't imagine anyone puts in as much effort as these guys
