After looking through numerous wardrobe websites we came across this one and what an amazing find!
All questions answered prior to ordering, delivery was great and even the after care due to a slight issue was amazing and problem resolved quickly and promptly.
The quality of the doors are amazing and all at a reasonable price. We already have had compliments on them. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone that asks.

If you are looking for quality sliding wardrobe doors and great customer service then look no further. My experience from ordering, through to delivery and beyond has been first-class. The website is easy to use and navigate and the design tool is excellent. I had a few queries when putting my design together and these were addressed and extremely helpful advice was given by Paul in the couple of phone calls that I made. Once my order was placed, I was kept informed regarding delivery and this was on-time. My doors – from the Eclipse range – are real quality and have exceeded my expectations. Fitting was straight-forward and the query that I had regarding the soft close fittings was excellently answered by Paul through another phone call. I have no hesitation in recommending Slide Wardrobes Direct.

I have taken delivery of the fourth wardrobe set that I have ordered from them over the past six or seven years. As always, a first class end result and easy to instal. On this occasion there was an issue with the internal draw unit due to the 'external' supplier but Paul had the matter resolved within hours and the correct element delivered by the next working day, as a result I was not held up at all. I would certainly recommend this company and use them again.

I bought 2 x four door sliding doors with Aura fitments in 2017. When in 2022 it was time to alter the layout for more drawers and shelves the system is still available and I had an exact match. They even agreed for a full refund/ return of an item I mis-ordered. It doesn't get any better than that! Trust them. It is a good choice and they are a good company.

I installed a 4-door Eclipse wardrobe system approximately 18 months ago which I have been delighted with. It’s excellent quality, I had no issues fitting it, works really well and it looks great!
Sadly, by accident, I have just broken a small plastic lug from one of the self closing mechanisms. I spoke to a very helpful lady in their office who posted a replacement to me the same day. Amazing service!
I will have no hesitation in buying another system from this company or recommending it to others.

I don't write many reviews, just those for super service. We just added to an existing system, hit an issue with colour matching due to a manufacturer change. My bad, I should have read the order details properly but with some great help to arrange a "meet and swop", all our problem evaporated. Ours was a small order, peanuts in value but we really appreciated the understanding to get it right for us and get it right they did! Saved me a tank full of fuel at the same time, what can't you like about such service? Much appreciated, big thanks to everybody who helped.

Really helpful to me when the manufacturer of my Aura wardrobe fitments system, Home Decor, would not supply me with some locating buttons which are essential to the installation of their upright stanchion system. The chap who I spoke to contacted another branch and between them they found another manufacturers button of the same size which would enable me to install my wardrobe system into my new house (the buttons are needed to locate the uprights into the floor and ceiling). Couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent customer service.

Great product. Website design feature was easy to use and I got swift reply to my queries. Delivery was within stated time scale and everything arrived in the delivery slot and was well packaged. All fitted within 2 hours with help from a carpenter friend. Would definitely recommend this company

Easy to use website with loads of options and help. Doors arrived sooner than expected (given an hour time slot for arrival which was spot on although we are in the middle of Wales). Driver was careful and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving. Doors and Relax interior went in with no hitches. Also felt confident that we could call them if there was a problem. Excellent company to deal with...it's a shame we don't have room for more wardrobes!

Fantastic product and amazing service from start to finish. Paul guided me through the process with expert advice and patience. Delivery was superquick and their in-house delivery guy was on time and very helpful and polite… bringing the doors into my property without any fuss. Fitted doors myself using the supplied instructions… Very straightforward for any competent DIYer. The doors are finished to a high standard and are worth every penny. Faultless experience throughout… Highly recommended.

I was mostly happy with the final effect but the construction was very tricky and not something the inexperienced could achieve. I love the sliding doors and shelving effects but feel the actual interior rails are quite cheap looking and not as I had envisaged.

These guys are soooo helpful. The quality price ratio is amazing - they are great quality and the interioirs are well made . I managed to organise my space beautifully - handbags, hats , gym drawers etc instead of adapting a ready made thing.. Highly recommend

The items arrived well protected and the driver was happy to wait while I checked them, just putting the final touches to them now but gone together quite easily had to go to YouTube to check on how the soft closer was put together but other than stepping on one of the closers and breaking it they look absolutely brilliant, well worth the money.
