Found this company to be very helpful. Our ceiling was a bit higher than normal and when I phoned them they helped me work out a way to overcome this problem. When the order arrived and we came to fit the doors, everything worked out exactly as they had advised us. Very pleased with the end result. Quality doors that look great and have nice soft close action. Would order again if we do another room.

Ordering on line for the sliding doors was easy, Delivery was on time as quoted, and arrived well packed and in good condition.
Sliding doors fitted perfectly as per measurements given and fairly easy to assemble and fit.
I needed some extras and the customer service was excellent, with good advice and recommendations.

Some of the ordering process on the internal may benefit from information links to explain what some of the terms meant, but when you contact direct they were very helpfully

Fitting slight challenge as floor fitting to not level and wall not vertical. Instructions should give some indication on how to sort this out such as wedges and type of filler. Rollers do not sit very deep in the tracks so if the door is pushed open by pressure on the front rather than the side they can jump out of the track fairly easily.

My carpenter was not able to install the softcloses. I returned them to the company. The gentleman, Paul is very kind and agreed to give me a full refund even one of the softclose pack was opened. It is a very good customer service and i will certainly recommend the company to my friends.

We ordered the mirrored door sliding wardrobe kit which arrived well packaged, exactly on time and it looked great. Unfortunately, I gave one measurement on the fitting wrongly! However, a quick phone call to the company and to them it was no problem. They sorted out the problem in a friendly, efficient way and the wardrobe looks fantastic.
I would strongly recommend Slide Wardrobes Direct and would have no hesitation to use them again should we need to. The product is of excellent quality, made by good, local company who fulfill exactly what they advertise at a very competitive price.

This was our third order of wardrobe doors and was by far the most complicated. Six doors, various sizes and two colours, to front large double wardrobe with 'Narnia' door in the middle. After various email and telephone conversations which really helped me get the door sizes correct, we held our breath for ten days until the order was delivered. It was exactly to spec, all measurements to the nearest millimetre, and they fitted together perfectly. It looks fantastic, has really transformed the room. Excellent customer service and value for money.

I don't usually do reviews, but the quality of the service I received was 5 star. The quality of the doors and fittings is exceptional, the guy who delivered them was so so helpful and the help I received when I called for some fitting information could not have been better. So that has left me feeling l must spread the word about this company. Their sliding doors kit make the average do it yourself person feel like a true craftsman. I can't stop looking at the finished result. So if you're looking for sliding wardrobe doors and are looking at Slide Wardrobes Direct have no hesitation they are simply the best. I cannot recommend them enough

I cannot recommend this company enough, having had quotes from Sharps and Hammonds (and deciding they were far too expensive) I found slide wardrobe direct. Nothing has been too much trouble for them, I have called to check small details and made errors that they have rectified for me for free. The quality of the wardrobe is fantastic and a good result is definitely achievable from the average diyer.
