Haven't had much luck with this site. You only get bonus moneys on your first few deposits then they stop unless you get promotions. But enjoyed playing because the variety is great .

This is the first site that wants photocopy of passport details, bank card etc that I have come across. They make it as difficult as possible to withdraw money. You are better off with the well known sites such as betfred, coral, ladbrokes etc.
These guys are a small fish in an ocean and not worth the hassle. I am reluctant to hand over my passport details and an image of a bank account over the internet or by post. I just don't trust these them....all for £120!!!!
It's a shame as they have a lot of good games, just the company lets them down. If I was an 18 year old and it was for a few thousand I could understand....but at 46 and for such a small amount.
I am also very dubious about the positive reviews from those who have left ever left 1 review.....
Update. Sent details for verification on one email but now they are saying they want separate emails for separate bits of information requested. Just constant delaying tactics.
I have also reported them to trustpilot because if you look at the reviews the reviewers have all left reviews for online casinso and most are all the same reviews!!!!

Slotaway cannot be trusted, neither can any positive reviews of this site!!

This gaming website has lots of cool games & better payouts than others I have tried.

The games play with ease & you can play on your mobile albeit without sound on my HTC device.

Payout times are long for me but I think that depends on who you bank with as I know someone who has had next day payments.

Overall one of the better sites for slots compared to the big names who do sports too.

Have been with this site for quite a while and had had previously gave good reviews but was sent an email to verify who i am sent them provisional birth certificate marriage licence front and back of card and utility letters and it is apparently not enough as my bank card had expired ages ago and put in and have been using new bank card for about a year. They now want a photo of old card which I no longer have or a letter from old card which I no longer have. They can quite clearly see I amme samename onboth cards same bank account and one card ends an the other starts. I give up have never ever had this problemanywhere else.
