I joined up for the sports bonus. Deposit 100 get 100 sports bonus.
To cut a long story short.
The bonus didn't work.
Stay away from these people

100% SCAM
This is a scam "casino" operated by the same group of criminals. They send constant spam promising £5000 bonus if you with them - yeah right! (12 spam emails today alone from their criminal network to my business email), link to multiple cloned sites (slotsamigo10, slotsamigo14, slotsamigo13, boomingslots8, boomingslots13 boomingslots14 and multiple others ) , steal deposits, and never pay out.

If you are reading this then my message would simply be DO NOT USE this website for gaming purposes.

I had a really poor experience dealing with these chancers and I certainly won't be using again.

After having my account verified by emailing them Passport, Bank Statement, Proof of address, selfie etc I requested a withdrawal on November 5th - unfortunately I was unaware that they take 15 WORKING DAYS just to process a withdrawal - eventually I received the funds on November 26th, a full 3 weeks after the initial request.

During this time, I emailed them on numerous occasions for an update and to have them advise if the withdrawal process could be actioned in less than 15 days - despite so many emails and use of the abysmal chat service, these went unanswered, therefore I was worried that I would not receive the funds.

Much better providers out there so please do not use Slots Amigo and expect things to go well, they are terrible.

Very quick to take your money but still waiting on a £450 withdrawal that I requested on 11.11.25. Wish I’d have read the reviews before playing on the site as now I’m worried I won’t receive my winnings and it is actually a scam website. I don’t understand why it takes so long for a withdrawal to go through! When I asked them they said it can take 72 hours to 15 working days to process. Also I had to reduce my withdrawal as I had won too much?! Never ever come across this before! I will change my review if I do receive my winnings.

They are now asking me to upload more evidence in order to get my winnings! They want payslips, photos of me holding my payslips, photos of me holding my passport, proof of income etc! This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be uploading such personal details! I’m not going to get my £450 winnings! This website should absolutely be looked into for fraud as it definitely seems to be a scam! I’m so upset by this

Quick to take your money slow to honour it. It will say you’ve timed out when you win a decent amount and void your bet then even when you complain with screenshots and proof they blame it on timing out. it’s difficult to close your account too. They also hound you with text and emails. You can’t withdraw money unless you win over £250 which they obviously never let happen. Absolute scam. Should be reported, everyone should be able to close account especially for those that have problems and upon realisation you’ve been scammed. This company exploit people and don’t make it easy for you to escape

Don’t be fooled by the 5* reviews, notice how they have all come at once!! they are fake!! I got evidence that non of what they are saying it true.

This site is a scam site do not spend anything on this site. They hide behind terms and conditions however I stuck to all of them including only be able to withdraw 150% of what you deposit. Their verification checks were an absolute joke the amount of documents they wanted including payslips from employer and pictures of me holding documents. Then once ‘passed’ all these checks and waited 1 month and 4 days and still no withdrawal. I got a message of: The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to close an existing account without explanation. T&C 3.1. numeral a. with which your account was closed. My account has been closed down and I won’t get my money. I’m going to try and get charge backs from my bank and report them for unregulated gambling site and to action fraud. You have been warned you won’t get your money. What an awful site this is :(

Do not use.. be better off burning your money.

They don't pay out.. tried for months to get a withdrawal of 500... sent them documents to prove who I was. They kept wanting more.

They then said they are upgrading the bank withdrawals so would have to use crypto.. if I see that money I'll get my arse put on town all steps..

Fake website. I tried to withdraw £150 since 2023 and chat them today. Agent was rude and told me to wait.

SCAMMERS - DO NOT USE - DO NOT MAKE ANY DEPOSITS, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR WINNINGS!

I made deposits over the space of a few months. I made a legitimate withdrawal for £250. I waited 15 business days as per their t&c's, they didn't process my withdrawal. I complained everyday for weeks. I waited a further 15 days after giving more verification documents.

I contacted online chat support daily using their website.

Everytime I was fobbed off with excuse after excuse.....

After 1 month since the withdrawal they decided to confiscate my winnings and close my account - they used the excuse that my additional verification could not be approved.

I gave the following verification documents:

Bank Statement (showing the deposits)
Driving licence (both sides)
Payslip
Utility bill
Bank Card
Selfie with my driving licence
Selfie with my bank card.

Now they are ignoring my emails and have closed / blocked me from logging in.

DO NOT USE, DO NOT DEPOSIT AND MOST IMPORTANTLY DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL DOCUMENTS.

Avoid - sent me spam sms messages to join - no reputable company works this way. Stock to companies that have a good reputation on here to ensure you get paid if you win

Site is useless I wanted to shut down my account as not longer wanted to use 7 days in and it's still active given email witch isn't valid and life chat a useless to site terrible never use bunch a cowboys that run it

Absolutely disgusting asked my account to be banned 10 times over the last week ! And I kept playing and being down £100s ! Site is absolutely awful win nothing

Don’t open account with them as you will never be able to close it again. Support agents are useless bunch of clowns that are just there for god knows why. I’ve been told by support I have to email my request to close which I have done several times but keep getting mail delivery notification that email doesn’t exist. I got back to live support and got no help from them regarding this. Everything I’ve asked live support to do they can’t do.

waiting on being verified i have won a 1300can take 72/15 day to receive but u can deposit instantly i don't think this is fair. u can deposit freely but got to wait that long, not happy . But now told i can't withdraw any off it, surely this is fraud
