KYC accepted in the morning, asked again at night; I spent more time uploading bills than spinning.

Opened an account deposited £40 and was asked to verify my account, I uploaded a copy of my passport and took a selfie but for some reason this did not pass the test, so I sent it for review. I have also messaged the support team and as yet I have heard nothing from them and my £40 deposit has basically been stolen. These sort of sites should not be allowed to operate with such a sill system of identification in place and for anyone signing up be sure you try any verification before you even think of depositing cos who know when you will be able to get your money back. I should have read the reviews first. The runaround given for a measly $600 and yet they verified my ID and my bank card but my bank statements are blurry, excuse after excuse. This site is a complete joke and borderline fraudulent.

Their verification process is a nightmare. I submitted a valid bank statement and my debit card details — but because my card (like most in Canada) doesn’t have a name or number printed on it, they keep rejecting it despite the clear supporting documents. They’re just making excuses to avoid paying out.

The customer service is useless and rude. They don’t help at all, just copy-paste scripted responses, go in circles, and abruptly close the chat when you push for real answers. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.

The withdrawal process is clearly designed to stall or block your money. They drag verification endlessly and give no timelines or real support. It honestly feels like they’re doing everything possible to keep your winnings.

If they don’t approve my withdrawal, I will report them to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). They need to face serious consequences for these shady and unethical practices.

Do not waste your time or money on this platform. It’s a scam.
