My car had alot of issues, this 1 last issue that's been driving several machanics took my car for days and couldn't find the issue. Shawn not only knew the issue but be showed me and fixed the matter, iv had a few other bits and bats done but he knows his shit with cars,
My 2017 A7 had a map previously done which made the car feel a bit quicker but no change in fuel economy and the gear box lagged.
Took my car to Shaun, he ran it on the dyno then did his own map and TCU for the gear box as well.
Car drives so much better! Noticeable power increase, much smoother drive and no gear box Lag.

After searching the net for a while to find the right place for me to take my vehicle for a map and after a few recommendations I decided to choose SLT and I’m glad I did
I messaged on Monday and was booked in for Friday the same week so very fast turn around on booking
I left my home on Friday worried what will happen to my vehicle as the last place I used 4 years ago loaded the wrong map onto my vehicle and blew my engine up
I told the owner about this issue and he reassured me that everything will be done correctly
Before he started messing around with it he spent a decent amount of time with his diagnostic machine plugged into my vehicle to make sure everything was working as it should things that I didn’t even know he could check
Thankfully all was working as it should be except a faulty sensor which he pointed out where it was located on my vehicle and told me how I could change it myself
Once that was done my vehicle was taken onto the rolling road and checked to see what power my vehicle was giving he then proceeded to work his magic in his office before loading the tune onto my vehicle and running it on the dyno twice more I was talked through every stage of the remap and told exactly what was being done as he was doing it which reassured me even more before I took my vehicle in it felt like it lacked power after he had finished there was an increase of 98bhp from the remap I was shown all the stats and graphs which showed this and I also received the printout which shows this
It’s almost like I have a brand new car the pull is now unbelievable the vehicle doesn’t feel like it is lacking the fuel economy is much better and it just feels all round better to drive
I will no longer be using any other business except SLT for this kind of work on any of my other vehicles due to previous issues I’ve encountered
All round a great small business very friendly and professional and very fair pricing

Bricked ECU had to get AA to tow away as shawn (the only guy that works there) said it would take a few days to replace the ECU . After 3 days with no luck with getting car back we called AA who took vehicle and we went to the AUDI garage that replaced there and then . £2000 Later not happy at all with SLT they refuse to refund my £500 as said he could of finished it if had longer .

Very disappointing that people can just leave fake reviews with google or other review sites without regulating it but here the other fake review for genuine customers to see.

Critical: Punctuality
After looking online for local remapping service I found all these good reviews for SLT so took my VW T5 camper for a little extra economy map for long mototrway journeys. I dropped it off Friday morning 8:30AM and was told would get a call when done. 5PM came and no call . Rang the number on card shawn gave me and he answered very rude and said it will be done when its done. He then hung up. I rang back half hour later to which he told me he could not finish it today and would do it next day. Saturday came I had to ring him and said all is done . Me and my husband took the camper up to scotland where we have been before and clocked MPG .It was exactly the same. We did not want to deal with shawn again so took it somewhere else that told me the File was stock and they did what we asked SLT for . I now have Better MPG and pulls better using Quantum tuning .
Top class service from the guys at SLT I wished I'd used them instead of others who mapped my car and it wasn't right . Thanks again 5* from me!
