The food is really excellent and reasonably priced, and the place is very welcoming and beautiful. The staff are very friendly.
I highly recommend it.

Glasgow Branch. Food was delicious BUT portions were small. I ordered Double Cheese burger 🍔 and the cheese was so melted, miniscule I had to pick the patties apart to check both cheese layers had in fact melted already, nothing like the picture (overflowing cheese). Please up your cheese game.

Lovely food great service will definitely be going back

Had a very long wait for food and when I managed to get it it was very cold :(

Me and my partner came here to eat and we loved the food it was very pleasant place nice and tidy. The service was good 😊 overall we would definitely come again!!

The service was amazing. There were to 2 ways to place an order which meant more orders in little time. I received my order in 10 minutes and it was still hot and fresh. The food itself was also delicious and I enjoyed it very much. I would definitely go again!!

Smackdown burger 🍔 ..always..must try

Ate their smicken wrap.amazing. will be going again

Slow innatentive service, new lad took my order absolutely fine, then manager comes over and asks everything again, multiple times, absolute goldfish memory. Then forgets my hash browns and burns the coffee. Took about 15 minutes, I was the only person in other than someone who arrived after me.
Good luck to the new lad.
Food was bland at best.

Hello, yesterday I was in Smacks hamburger in Cardiff I liked the location of the restaurant as it is inside the center and the decor of the restaurant is eye-catching and I tried their food and sandwiches and it is delicious and I liked it and I liked the level of hygiene of the staff and they have special sauces in the meals and the staff is cooperative, kind and patient. I hope that everyone will try the restaurant and enjoy its delicious meals!

Great food, great value.. fresh and full of flavour... was so reasonable in
price and huge portions. The Staff were really kind, they served us the wrong chicken and instead of just replacing they let us keep this aswell as serve us what we requested. Took my daughter for bday lunch and we left knowing we would return.

Very tasty food with good customer service!

The customer service assistant Arun was extremely polite and greeted us with a smile.
We went to the tooting branch.
Will definitely go back to the same branch

I recently visited Smacks HamBurger on Orpington High Street and had the pleasure of being served by Rafi. His exceptional service made the entire dining experience truly memorable. From the moment we walked in, Rafi greeted us with a warm smile and ensured we felt welcomed. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for providing excellent customer service really stood out.

Rafi went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and was knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations tailored to our preferences. The food was delicious, but Rafi’s friendly and attentive approach elevated the experience even further. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care about ensuring customers leave happy, and Rafi certainly did that.

If you’re visiting Smacks Burger in Orpington, I highly recommend asking for Rafi. His top-notch service is the perfect complement to the great food. We’ll definitely be back thanks to him!

This highlights both Rafi’s customer service skills and the overall experience at Smacks Orpington High street.

I have visited the Southport branch today, the atmosphere in there was very friendly Sam and his team were very helpful with the menu and the food came fast and was very tasty.i would definitely recommend this place.

The chicken burger was the best. The employees were really friendly. Sam gave us peri peri powder on the fries. The staff were very helpful. I would recommend it. The Smacks Southport store.

Good fast service fast and tasty food. I visited the Southport branch

I asked the employee to remove the pickle and pepper from my burger, he didn't take it off, I went to tell him, and he replied that he couldn't do anything, that's why I hadn't asked, treating me badly inside the Orpington restaurant.
He wears glasses, he treated me bad
