Existing customer and needed another phone line - Mat sorted out a solution with a great turnaround time

Really great experience with the setup of our business smart number. Amanda walked us through the entire process and was totally transparent with what would best suited to our needs rather than the normal “upsell everything” we usually encounter. Big thank you for making the process as painless and efficient as we could’ve hoped for.

We have been a customer of Smart Numbers for nearly 8 years and they always provide us with a great service and are helpful no matter what our questions are. Thanks to Nicola and the team for looking after us!

Great service from Kate and Emma. Both went above and beyond to achieve our needs. Great job from SmartNumbers!

Excellent, very happy with service.

Great service, I have learnt a lot and have been guided, in a world where getting ahead is a minefield! Dealt with Amanda Gratrix so far and will definitely use their services in the future. I only hope her colleagues are as efficient and knowledgeable.

Very good and prompt service when querying a bill that had gone up, and provided me with a better and cheaper alternative all in the space of a day

Excellent friendly service. Thanks for your help and advice Amanda.

Amazing - in all respects. I thought I had an issue with my wired VOiP handset that turned out actually to be an issue with my own router extension. Nicola, who subsequently dealt with my issue, was very through, showed genuine concern and followed up as required. I ended up upgrading my handset to a wireless one but NOT because of any hard sell on the part of Nicola, far from it. She showed genuine concern and couldn't have been more helpful in trying to resolve my original issue. I am so pleased with the product, service and follow-up. Fully recommend Smart Numbers and, particularly, Nicola for their service.

We used Smart Numbers when we first started the business and found them helpful, approachable and affordable. The reports and flexibility are great but now that we've grown, we no longer need them. But they have been terrific and I strongly recommend them for anyone needing a start-up service.

Dealt with Amanda, was like being on the phone to an old trusted friend. Great service, found what I was looking for and great price, also just a genuinely enjoyable conversation too.

Excellent company very knowledgeable and helpful no pushy sales, advice and support on best plan to adopt, can't thank Amanda enough, is a great asset to know and deal with

I had correspondence with Ashleigh from Smart Numbers, what great customer service from a great company.

5 big stars

I rang many companies (easily more than 10) trying to get a specific 0345 number, from the outset Smart Numbers were easily the most helpful and professional. When I couldn't get exactly what I wanted (not available) they took the time to work through all the different options with me. Really good experience, would definitely recommend.

The sales and support team were professional and helpful. Everything was clearly outlined and our numbers were up and running within a few hours.

A fantastic experience dealing with a seasoned professional who really knows her stuff. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure my package was right for my business.

Highly recommend, exceptional service. We have used for our VOIP lines since 2017. The VOIP call services have been excellent, what sets Smart Numbers apart is the ongoing service. They are exceptional at support, always resolving any technical issues at pace and in a friendly, informative way. Great business partner for a growing SME.

I have been with Smart Numbers since 2011 and have been extremely satisfied with the service provided. The initial set up process was swift and straightforward and the service has been trouble free.

Truly great and reliable service! Vicky in accounts/customer service has been great in sorting out queries efficiently. Thank you!
