So quick to take your money but beware if you have problems. You have to beg them to believe you and finally come and make repairs. The first problem came when I complained how much of a draft I was getting from the new conservatory roof. It was not until I had an independent surveyor come in and identified the problem that they finally responded and came to look. They found the new roof had not been insulated properly by their fitters. They begrudgingly fixed it but have not done much about the draft coming in through the skylight. Where is the compensation that was offered last July 2024???? Stay away from this lot!!!!

Terrible service after fitting a conservatory ceiling the ceiling has gone out of shape and bowed in places though my wife has sent photo's explaining this the company keep ignoring us and don't want to rectify the problem saying their workforce are up North, it looks like I'm going to have no option but to take them to small claims court, avoid these and go for a reputable company that will rectify their faults.

Excellent price, friendly install team. It wasn't a straightforward job due to some shoddy work prior by safestyle - but once they started the fitters worked VERY hard to get it done (two 11 hour days plus a visit from electrician and plasterer). They did leave a bit of a raw finish on the edge of some plasterboard, but when I mentioned it and said I was buying some beading to cover it, they deducted the cost off the beading from the bill! Finish otherwise was flawless.
