What fantastic customer service from the moment I called this company! I rang because I was told I needed insulation in one wall. I rang smart energy and explained my problem and the service was phenomenal! They sent someone out the same day to survey as he was in the area! Lee did a survey of the wall by drilling a hole and putting a camera through and he saw that the insulation was already there we had been misinformed. Lee wrote up a report which he promptly emailed as proof that the insulation was already in. Although we didn’t need insulation the service was incredible!! Would highly recommend!

Honest hard working people. Easy process, and now have a fully insulated roof!

The fitters were on time, efficient and the loft was insulated in about an hour and a half. They asked me if I wanted to look before they left and I was 100% satisfied with their work.

I sent an email about my poor loft insulation to Smart Energy and promptly received a call. Within 2 weeks someone had checked the loft and fitted lovely thick insulation. All this was free. I am very impressed.

Excellent service. From the office staff to the surveyor. The two operators were very polite and professional. They took time to explain what they were doing and cleaned everything up when they had finished. I can thoroughly recommend everyone concerned. Well done!.

With Smart Energy I made a smart choice.
I was in a stress, I needed to improve my energy efficiency rating quickly. Smart Energy were on the case straight away with a quote and advice about a bigger loft hatch. Then once that was done they quickly came to do the job.I had total confidence in every member of the team and the telephone help team were good humoured and supportive. I then asked if this company could carry out the efficiency survey in a hurry as was up against a deadline. Again the Smart Energy team came to the rescue and did the work at short notice. Relief! I would absolutely turn to Smart Energy again.
