+ my proxy was shit (tried to change it, but support dont care about it, just wasting time with stupid useless question and do nothing). Wasted time. Do not use it!

The API is a whole
I've been trying to use their proxy for 6 hours, it's terrible. Support is terrible. Response times are 6-12 hours. There's no support robot.
A wasted day.
The API is a whole other story. Only if it's the last proxy in the world. Use their API.

Beware. This is a scam, that has nothing to do with the original Smartproxy.io
As far as I could find out it's a Chinese copy of the site.
Chinese once again failed miserably to copy the original and ended up selling this crap. What a surprise.

The CEO of this website is a Ukrainian woman,
these racists instantly ban people and steal their money if they're from eastern europe countries, When you open the site for the first time theres no warning about geographical restrictions so they fool you into paying, once you pay you instantly get banned from the site and they wont refund you! These racist scammers spam all the reviews on here with "Слава Украина" when they're replying to reviews, Bringing political stuff to business pathetic scammers!
