Level 3 Customer Service
I loved every part of the journey i had for the year and a half. Lindsey was my tutor and she was amazing the support and help i got from her was next level. I would definitely recommend this to other people. They have also been amazing help for any issues or worries that i had as well.

I completed my Diploma in Management…
I completed my Diploma in Management with Smart Training which has a great boost to my confidence and career progression. This has been my fourth qualification with Smart and I have always had a positive experience. The team are so supportive and understanding, I feel like I am in safe hands. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great training provider
I have completed my IAG qualification with SMART along with my CET and I have had a very good experience. Knowledgeable tutors delivering quality learning and realistic deadlines.

Absolute Joke of a company
Never again will we be enrolling any of our staff onto a apprenticeship with this company. The poor tutors get absolutely snowballed with work to the point we have had some many different tutors we don't know what's happening. Poor communication and how the hell can you complete the qualification with a learner in the health sector without actually visiting and doing observations???? I smell a rat.

Worst Apprenticeship Provider
Worst Apprenticeship Provider. They don’t actual care about their students, they just want to fob you off and get the money for the courses. My advice. Do not touch this company! It’s so unprofessional!
