I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of this dental practice. The care you receive here is exceptional from the moment you walk through the door.

The front of house receptionists Jay, marnie and Emily are absolutely lovely — always warm, welcoming and helpful, and they make you feel like a person rather than just another appointment. That friendly welcome makes such a difference, especially when you’re feeling a little nervous about visiting the dentist.

My dentist Mr Kallie is outstanding. He’s incredibly kind, patient and reassuring, and I have complete trust in him. He takes the time to explain everything properly and never makes you feel rushed or uncomfortable. His assistant Veehan deserves just as much praise — she’s caring, attentive and friendly, and together they make an amazing team.

It’s quite rare to find somewhere where every single person contributes to such a positive experience, but that’s exactly what you get here. From the wonderful team on reception to the care in the treatment room, you feel genuinely looked after.

I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else and would recommend this practice without hesitation. They are an absolute credit to their profession. A very well-deserved five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have completed my teeth straightening journey with Eduardo and could not be more pleaaed. Everything ran smoothly and following his and Kerry's advice I got the perfect smile I always wanted to achieve. After 7 months I can now say I have a Hollywood smile. Definitely recommend

Team at Smileworks (Eduardo, Kayleigh & Molly) were very helpful, friendly and professional over the previous 8 months of my teeth alignment treatment. They gave me good practical advice and were very accommodating to rearrange some appointments when I went into paternity leave. I’m really happy with my results from the aligners and highly recommend Smileworks 👍

I had my Invisalign done here, was quick and i love the end results, Eduardo and his team were really good and helpful, im also having my composite bonding done here too. 100 precent would recommend

I paid for a lip filler dissolve, but Dr Rowland-Warmann took real care to understand what I wanted first, rather than just proceeding. She was upfront that dissolving wouldn't fully fix my concerns — some of it is age-related — and warned that refilling could bring the issue straight back. She also put my mind at ease, pointing out that what I could see was far more obvious to me than to anyone else.
We agreed not to proceed, and she kindly changed my payment to a consultation fee instead of the full treatment cost.
It says a lot about her integrity that she'll tell you honestly when you don't need something, rather than push treatment anyway. Knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely trustworthy — highly recommend her.

The whole team at Smileworks is amazing: they provided me with the utmost care at each appointment. If you’re with Eduardo, Kayleigh, Dan or Teyesir, know that you’re in good hands!

I had a dental check‑up and clean with Khalid and Molly, and they were both exceptional from start to finish. They made me feel completely relaxed throughout the appointment, explained everything clearly, and were so gentle and reassuring. The whole experience felt professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. I left feeling confident, comfortable, and really well looked after. Highly recommend!

Great service, decided against going Turkey and went for 6 composite bonding for the same price, so I wasn’t expecting too much, but wow! Jimmy went through everything and I did ask for some changes but realised Jimmy had given the correct recommendations after finishing the smile trial, and the finished product was amazing. I would recommend Jimmy for composite bonding for sure, explained everything every step of the way. All of the receptionists are so helpful and chatty, Marnie is lovely and knows her stuff about sport too 🥊 I will be using Smileworks from now on.

Eduardo & Savanna could not of managed my treatment better, I was seen very regularly & my teeth have been straightened & whitened from quite a state in just one year. Thank you guys!

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment at Smileworks with Dr. Eduardo and Sav, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and results. From start to finish, they were professional, supportive, and attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. The transformation has been amazing, and the results exceeded my expectations.

I really don't think there's anything worse than false sincerity!!
It genuinely hurts when somebody really pretends to care and be interested in something hugely traumatic
which another person has suffered in their lives,
especially when they asked the questions about it in the first place!!

Well that's what happened to me when I was phoned to book a consultation with 'Smileworks!!'

I was more than willing to spend a LOT of money with this company,
many, many thousands of pounds,
but in knowing I had further queries, the person concerned clearly got bored with me
and just hung up the telephone mid conversation!!
I waited an adequate length of time to be called back, but it never happened!!

I had to then phone them myself and spoke with somebody else!!

All I'll say to anyone thinking of going with this disrespectful company is,
if you're on the phone with them, especially to somebody called 'Marnie,'
just keep what you have to say to an absolute minimum,
or you'll get disrespected and then lied to as well!!

My advice would be to just completely avoid,
just horrible!!

I have been to Dr MJ a few times over the years for filler in my nose and most recently in my lips for the first time, she is such a lovely welcoming person who is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't trust my face with anybody else other than Dr MJ and I will be returning to MJ for any futher treatments over in the coming years.

Completed several months of teeth alignment , so pleased with the result can’t recommend Eduardo and Ana enough . Wish I had the treatment years ago - couldn’t be happier .
So friendly , professional and informative throughout the process , visiting the dentist has been a pleasure not a pain ! Even had a tooth extraction in the process that was without any stress or pain. If you’re thinking of any cosmetic alignment, look no further . Great service from all the staff

As soon as you walk into Smileworks Clinic, you are greeted by James on reception, who immediately makes you feel welcome. He is always so friendly, approachable, and professional, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere from the moment you arrive. He goes out of his way to make you feel at ease and always offers a tea or coffee, which is such a lovely touch. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always greets you with a genuine smile.

The same level of professionalism and care continues throughout the rest of the team, making the whole experience feel seamless and reassuring. James really makes a difference and is a true credit to the clinic.

I have just finished my braces treatment with Eduardo and Ana. I would highly recommend them. They were professional, efficient and very knowledgable and made a real effort to put me at ease. The assistants and staff were all so friendly as well. The results are brilliant and I am really pleased. Thank you so much!

I went to SmileWorks in August 2025 to replace my broken orthodontic retainer. When it was sent to me it was too tight and had residue from the mould stuck in it. I went back and had it remade, and had a new retainer sent to me. After wearing it twice, when I took it out it pulled my front composite build tooth out with it and it was stuck in the retainer. I rang really upset asking to be booked in and was booked for a few days later, and informed it would be free of charge. I came in a few days later, showed the dentist and explained, and was advised he would be charging £400 to rebuild the tooth that day. I told him I was informed there would be no charge, he was quite dismissive and reiterated that for him to fix the tooth would be £400. I asked to speak with a receptionist before I went ahead, and asked to speak to the practice manager for a complaint. I spoke to a lovely girl called Emily, who was the only positive part of this experience as she completely got where I was coming from and was really nice. I asked if I could complete treatment and write a complaint to seek a refund. Emily took my complaint and also offered removal of the emergency fee and 10% off, as well as a 0% interest monthly instalment plan, bringing the total from high £500 to £360. I went back into the dentist, had my treatment, and wasn’t happy with the outcome. I explained I wasn’t happy with the shape, it looked completely different to the way it had and so I explained what I would like to be done to be happy with it - for it to be made longer and more rounded to match the natural tooth next to it. I was told this couldn’t be done because of the shape of my surrounding teeth. I felt like I couldn’t dispute this as I was met with clinical terms i’d never heard of, and a very no-can-do response. I went home unhappy and cried after spending £360 for something I was told would be free. A few days later I rang back and explained I wasn’t happy and would like to have the tooth adjusted further. I went back in, asked for exactly the same as I did the first time round, even showed an edit I had made to help get my point across. He did it, started packing up and disposing of things, I explained it still wasn’t right and I felt so uneasy. I sat back down and he added more length and rounded the shape. I looked at it and it was a lot better than what it was, but I still was not happy, I felt I couldn’t say anything to the practitioner given I already had multiple times.

I heard back about the complaint shortly after and was informed I would not be receiving further refund because the composite that snapped off must have been too old and “due to come off”, despite having no issue before going to them. I was offered a free checkup in 6 months which would extend the warranty incase anything happens to the new composite.

I would not recommend going to this practice at all. I regret my decision everyday that I went to them instead of seeking another clinic for the repair of my tooth. Had I have known it was going to cost, I would have gone elsewhere. I am left unhappy with the look of my smile and £360 less in my bank, and I cannot bring myself to contact SmileWorks to help because of the experience I had with the practitioner. Had it have been a different practitioner, maybe things would have been different, however I was informed no one else was available and it had to be him as he did the treatment originally.

I do appreciate the reception staff and Emily for their help in my distress.

Could not thank Dr Zarmina enough! I walked into Smileworks hating my smile and left happier than ever, all thanks to Dr Zarmina. I had a bridge and composite bonding and the whole process was seamless. All the staff were so helpful and kind and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you!
