Died in 1 week , garbage , waste of $45

I have been through 4 of these devices from smok. They ask you to send an the qr code to get warranty but then do not respond. This is the worst vape supplier in the world. Complete garbage. DO NOT BUY SMOK PRODUCTS!

I am writing to inform others so they don’t go through what I did. These products will leave disappointed everytime. I have owned ~10 different smok devices and every single one of them lasted about a month, left me buying a pack of cigarettes and bummed out because they all either stop working out of nowhere or the charge port will break on you. I am 100 percent convinced they do this to make more money off you. Whether you are buying high end model or lower they all are junk. The rpm 160 was the last straw with me. The coils last a long time and that is it. The thing just died out of nowhere, I have the rubber on it and everything, never dropped, not a scratch. Just like all my other smok devices the charging port is no good and I never ever yank on cords so there is no explanation for it other than that’s just how they are made. They also leak horribly and then in turn get the internal components wet and shorted out, just another way for them to make more money off you. I almost quit vaping because of this company but decided to go with another company (voopoo) excellent products, good solid c usb charge port and never died on me, I have had the same voopoo drag vape since Jan 2021 and not one issue yet 8 months later. With smok I would be on my 4th device this year. I wanted you like smok but they just simply are not quality devices.

OMG!! I have either owned or still own all Smok products. I have had 2 Smok Infinix, 2 Smok Stick X8, 1 Smok Procolor, 1 Smok RPM 40 and 4 Novo 2's. I AM DONE!! The Infinix were pretty good and the first Novo 2 was also. But all of the rest...forget about it. The Procolor and X8 ended up popping and spitting hot juice down my throat. And like someone else mentioned they wanted a video of that happening. How in God's name can I video that!? All the rest leak like crazy. I have to constantly wash my hands, the outer casing. I also have to clean out the insides/pins every time I fill the pods. For those of you complaining about the pins sticking. That is due to the juice leaking down inside which then gums up the pins eventually causing them to stick. I too reached out to customer service via email. After MULTIPLE un-answered emails, I finally received a request for photos of my warranty and receipts. I sent them all of the requested information. I then received another email requesting photos of my warranty and receipts along with photos and video of the above mentioned. I sent them another email telling them that I sent all of that to them already. I also asked them how they expected me to video the hot juice popping into my mouth and throat. That was the last time I heard from them. I am now in search of new refillable pod system that does not leak. I don't want one with all the fuss. I don't want a digital read out where I have to adjust watts and crap. I don't want to mess with coils and cotton. I want it to have at least 800mah and to just fill it and go. I can not be bothered with all of that other crap. Anyone have any suggestions on a brand and model?

I have brought 3 smok vapes and honestly, they last approx 3 months and fall apart, literally. I won't be buying them any more.

for the price range you can have way better device. very poor quality, paint started to chip within less than a month of use not to mention the build materials was very shabby, typical chinese manufacturing standard, they will cut all corners just for the profit. dont buy!

Very bad products, very bad customer service, sent about 10 emails to support over 3 months but they just don't like to reply, obviously they are waiting for the 6 months warranty to run out, I don't care, don't really want to deal with such a crap company like that anyway, lost my money cause the product broke 1st day of use. I just like to warn others not to waste their money on any SMOK products

I’ve purchased smok products multiple times before through vape shops. The one time I purchased an item from their website it came in with a faulty battery (1-3 hits max before it needed to be put on the charger again). I contacted the customer support line who referred me to a third party warranty center who wanted me to pay for shipping (again) to have them either fix or replace the vape. Not impressed.

These vapes made by smok are nothing but junk….

Purchased Smok Acro Pod device ~ it came with 2 refillable pods. Filled both pods with 2 difference favours of Nic Salt eJUICE. Tried it, it doesn’t work! Kept getting an error “ohms too low”.
Called the EU support number, a friendly German accent guy answered, he gave me instructions - send through 4 things: video of error, pic of QR code on box, receipt and my country and email it to support@smoktech.. and support.eu@smoktech.. (note I cannot write “.com” as it isn’t allow with TP). This was 3 weeks ago! No reply from the the EU email, I got a reply 2 days ago from the other email. To rub salt to my wound of disappointment, I receive a generic copy and pasta FAQ and instructions on how to claim warranty.. if you read my first email and looked at the attachments, you would have found that I followed the instructions perfectly and provided you with the 4 things you need to process the claim! Absolutely Rubbish! I cannot believe how disappointed I am with their product and service! This is not how you run a bad business, they are worst than that!

My husband bought the Smok Vape Pen V2 Kit 2 months ago. He was replacing a Joy Tec that was no longer available. The whole time it has leaked from the air hole. I went online to find out how to fix this problem. There was a list of remedies, which my husband had already tried. Nothing worked. He called Customer Service. They told him to do the things on the list. He explained that he did. All she kept saying is do the things on the list. No other solutions offered. So no customer service apparently. He told her he would be throwing it away. No comment from her. So definitely throwing your money away to buy this vape kit. Not recommending you buy one if called Smok or Smoktec. What a sham!

2 nord 2 vapes in 6 months. 1st one stopped working my husband gave me his and that stopped AFTER the 3 months now the 2nd one is the same. IIt's not the battery as when I take the pod out it lights up but doesn't say no atomizer. Also the flap to lift to fill breaks v easilyI really like the nor 2, know by looking at numbers when to refill, charge is a bit difficult to see, but gives a great vape. Ordering another 1 to give me chance to look around for another decent E Cig. I dropped from 20/40 a day to about 3 and now have to go back to cigarettes
I notice Nord has nothing to say.

An addition to this, both nords were sat on a shelf and fired up without being touched.daughters did the same last week and she had to buy new pod and coil as both burned out. Would def not recommend this product and if not using it make sure power is off.

I've bought 2 smok novo 2 in the last 9 months, both of which lasted less than 6 months. Initially great, then always the same problem. I've been a vaper for many years from mods to pods and never had such a short life. The online store which I bought it from only provide a 3 month warranty so clearly they know smok novo 2 don't last and have themselves covered.
Won't buy again.

Literally the worst vapes...the novo2 and 3 both have problems with pins to battery stop popping back out and vapes stop working. Will never buy another again. Had novo3 for less then 4months and it broke...smok is terrible and has a terrible customer service

Bought a mag P3. Warranty says it's dust proof, water proof, drop proof. I drop it 3 feet and the screen cracks. Then I file a claim to get a new one under the 6 month warranty. Smok (madvapes.com) tells me I'm covered. Then I tell them it's the screen. Nope not anymore. 275 dollars spent and they don't cover the screen!? Not recommended at all!

I absolutely love smok devices but I bought online from their store and haven't gotten my items and I ordered 03-24-21 and I asked my friend about it and they said that was normal so I emailed them multiple times and they never answered. I forgot about it for awhile and then got on their website and thought it was weird cuz I ordered things and never got them. I am very disappointed with smok at the moment only buy their items IRL because YOU'LL ACTUALLY GET YOU'RE ITEMS!

Unfortunately unable to score a zero. Never have I dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life. Bad advertising, incorrect details. Brought everything I needed to use only to be told I need to buy Batteries which cost the same as the vape unit itself. Trying to contact them and get it returned is a Mindfield I have spent so much time on this Company I am finding it very frustrating and annoying. Please use any company other than this one if you cherish your sanity.

Never buy smok. I’ve had many smok products from box mods to pod mods, I currently have the brand new smok novo x, I paid $50 for it and only had it for about 2 weeks and it’s already broken. The pods leak down into the sensor and makes it stop working completely, so I wouldn’t recommend smok unless you wanna be cleaning out our vape after every hit

Don't ignore these reviews. Smok is literally the worst in terms of everything from customer service to general hardware. Please try literally ANY other vape.
