What I ordered was not what I ordered it was the wrong thing that was sent as a confirmation email
I tried making u guys a number of times to change my order before it got sent out with no reply which is very disappointing and frustrating
I will not be ordering anything else from you guys

My order was sent to the wrong address and in the wrong state. I notified you straight away of the error and again followed up with another email and have still not had a reply from your company. Very disappointed with your lack of customer service.

Placed order on line hit a confirmation not long. Was informed the next day my product was ready for pick up and had no issue at all. Good customer service 🤙

Product is always dated well in advance and packed to avoid crushing etc. It gets dispatched quickly and efficiently BUT then after sale falls down with it taking a week or more to be delivered under the courier agreement that they use. The after sale is the let down.

Its a great 1st Aid kit to have on hand for a very good price!! I've recommended to all my friends!!

Products were great and good service

Badly fitting caravan cover,nil assistance pockets provided to fit over van and balloons excessively with wind. Requires at least 4 further ropes to keep it down on the van. Not a good design would recommend you discontinue these they are a waste of money to the consumer.
