I paid for special guarantee next day delivery. i received them over a week later. they were not protected in delivery. i ordered 4 and received 7. 1 of them was already dead and another 3 were unhealthy. i had purchased a tank large enough for 4 snails, so i was left in a predicament when i received 7. id not buy from here again nor would i recommend it to anyone.
Fantastic experience.
Ordered a Jade and Jadatzi Fulica along with 2 'imperfect' shelled free snails. All arrived quickly (as quick as the post takes) and healthy looking with all being Moist, active and ready to chow down and are growing nicely. All are beautiful snails, even the imperfect ones.
I was even shocked by how quickly I would get a reply when asking questions. Within hours, sometimes not even hour, before they reply.
It's refreshing to find a place that actually seems to care about both their customers AND their livestock

I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience ordering from Snails4You. I placed my order on Tuesday and even paid £12.40 for express delivery, expecting a timely dispatch. Instead, it wasn’t sent out until Thursday—and only after I reached out to ask what was going on. I was told it would be dispatched immediately, yet it still took another three hours after that.
If a company offers express delivery, the bare minimum expectation is that orders are actually handled with urgency. Delays can happen, but the lack of communication and having to chase for something I paid extra for is frustrating and unprofessional.
For a business that’s literally named after snails, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised by how slow the service is—but charging for “express” service and then failing to deliver on it is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here if you expect anything to be handled on time.
Had a great experience with Snails for you, very reasonably priced pet snails. I bought two beautiful GALS, I also got a large free snail (with slight age marks) as well as 21 smaller snails that will be feeders for my reptiles.
All arrived safe and sound with no damage, great experience!
