Great bed good craftsmanship and fast delivery

Good service we are happy with the bed and mattress we will be purchasing another mattress for our main bedroom. Delivery men was very friendly

I didn’t have much of an issue but I referred this bed to one of my mates and I’m disgusted by the way they had treated her with her bed. they had gotten the colour wrong and were not happy to compensate on all the stress, they had made the correct order for her but when it came to delivery the delivery company had not knocked on the door to let her know they were their and just drove away after taking photos I don’t recommend this company please go to another company to save yourself potential stress. They are not even a legit sight answering phone calls from inside a driving car. It’s ridiculous.

Bought the twilight luxurious ambassador bed great purchase massive bed with footend storage and metal gas lift amazing.

Wow amazing experience we love the bed and we almost saved £700 in comparison to a high street shop out bed is perfect and the 5ft matching ottoman box has plenty of storage wasn’t really sure when ordering but when I received the product I knew I made the right choice excellent company great service.

The delivery men was very helpful and professional kept me well informed about the eta.

I purchased a beautiful Slate Plush ambassador bed frame with the metal gas lift storage and I absolutely love the material is so soft and the colour definitely matches the west of my bedroom decor everything was so easy from what’s app messages to ordering swatches and my bed arriving really appreciate the great service and craftsmanship

We had the best experience with this company we accidentally purchased the wrong colour and material but with the brilliant customer service and communication we managed to solve the issue asap with the help of Adam great service 5*

Really pleased with our beds, they are fantastic quality, really well made and very easy to put together.
Very quick to sort out a small problem we had and the delivery guys they use are excellent as well

Good website easy to order and choose different options. Price was very good. Was kept informed all the time by email and delivery company rang twice to give us delivery date and time. Quality of the bed is excellent also called Snozzy Nights twice to ask a question both times very helpful and friendly excellent service would recommend.

Would have given 5 stars if the communication on when bed was being delivered was a bit better, it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t perfect. It wasn’t bad enough to stop me buying from them again, as the bed is beautiful and very strong, really really happy with the bed itself. Every night is a pleasure to sleep on it and I can’t stop looking at it, the fabric is just as expected, it’s my dream bed.
