I bought a seed feeder
I bought a seed feeder, feeder tray and rain guard at the same time. They were dispatched promptly but when they arrived the rain guard did not fit with the selected feeder and so I am left with a useless item. This was not clear from the website and the Company did not point this out to me before dispatch. I sent an email to sales@their email address on this matter back in November but I have had no response from them at all until this request to rate my experience.

I was so impressed with the service I received from Soar Mills.
We followed their tips on how to attract more wildlife in to our garden and were amazed to see a Hedgehog scuttling across the grass, when I went out to put the rubbish out one evening. My children were so excited by it; we decided to do the right thing to encourage our spiky friend to return to us and also help fatten him up for looming hibernation by buying their new range of Brambles Crunchy Hedgehog Food and a few tins of Meaty Hedgehog Food. At tea time we add a fifth of the can and mix it with the dry mix in a low bowl (like making up dog food). We go together and place it behind our shed, where we have played logs and leaves and so far we haven't had a day that this hasn't been eaten by morning! My partner was not convinced that this wasn't a cat but one day, there were clear Hedgehog footprints in the mud... It is a really nice product, doesn't smell too strong (as some do) and is very reasonably priced. We have been doing this every night for a month and we still have tonnes of dry mix.
The advice I received was great, the items came the day after ordering and were packaged well.
