I was pleased that I was able to this time as my last experience did not happen in spite of emails I my order was unable to proceed. This time however I made my order and was successful and the items were received quickly and packaged very well

I ordered around midday and my order arrived next day - even before an email saying it was on its way!

just what we were looking for at a very good price, together with fast delivery. excellent!

Seeds pouring out of a damaged package which had been just dumped on the doorstep by a delivery person who hadn't rung the bell and obviously did not want to risk getting a signature.

Very easy ordering. great value for money and the move to smaller multi-bags for the same price as one large one is great for those of us who can't lift much. A slight hitch with the dispatch of our delivery was quickly flagged up and dealt with at no inconvenience to ourselves.

From placing my order to receiving the goods everything went smoothly. Delivery and packaging were spot on.

Their seed for sparrows is the only one my sparrows really enjoy, love their products and mostly speedy delivery.

I have used Soar Mills for a few years now and they have always sent any items well packaged and nothing has ever been damaged. The seed is always fresh and the fat balls are of excellent quality.

The seeds were packed into a box but both four kilogram bags were split open and therefore a large amount of the seeds were in the box instead of the packages.

As always with Soar Mill Seeds every thing I order arrives when promised and well packaged

Always excellent in every way: quality, choice, competitiveness, delivery lead times. Only slight problem with new packaging - lovely to have seeds in smaller bags as lifting 25kg is not great, but when small bags are in cardboard boxes it doesn't really work - box gives way. Small bags in bigger bags was better, though I concede that a cardboard box is more environmentally friendly. Perhaps the cardboard just needs to be beefed up a bit. Otherwise a great company to deal with.

Goods delivered on time by helpful delivery man and the birds love their feed.

Red Comb seeds are five stars and delivery is quick enough, but the manner of that delivery is at times substandard. Split deliveries and damaged parcels and even pierced seed packages are too frequent to be overlooked as 'one-offs'. I realise that most of the damage caused occurs in transit, nonetheless, Soars owns it until I get it!

Otherwise, five stars.
