absolute fantastic me and a friend probably ordered 10 times and it always worked out. of course the shipping takes a while, but u cant see a difference to shirts in official club stores. quality is not good, but its the same like a 100€ official shirt.

Ordered 30th March, order shows as paid but not shipped still and it's now 14th April, so 2 weeks later. They're not responding to messages on the website, seems I've been scammed!

Ordered a Newcastle away strip for my youngest daughter, Miley, 67 with CL badges on. Can't tell the difference to my own from the club shop. Just put another order in.

I have placed 4 orders with Soccer3u, without any problems at all, if anything the sizes are a little small so I order the next size up, delivery is around 3 weeks

I ordered one week ago and I still don't have a tracking number. Could anybody tell me when I should be expecting it?

Ordered a full man city kit and a Chelsea shirt from this company. Both orders were delivered within 3 weeks. Very pleased with the quality of the gear. Certainly will order from these guys again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The quality is so poor it’s embarrassing!

I bought two shirts from these guys. One had badge falling off already and stitching coming off. They wanted me to put it back on and stitch it back up myself.

The other had sleeves sewn on wonky, stains on it, and frayed collar. They expect me to wash it, but don’t care about the sleeves wonky and frayed edges on the collar.

They refuse to refund me, and their customer service responds one message every 24 hours.

Ordered West Ham shirt 2 months ago. Many many emails chasing. Today they delivered a SPURS shirt instead!!! Pointless and waste of money, avoid.

It took nearly 2 months to receive my order and when it arrived it was missing 1 item despite it been paid for, I have contacted them but still not received a reply.

Only reason not 5 stars is the 4-5 weeks turnaround. Shirts are incredible, believe it or not the kits last longer after a wash than the so called 'official' kits you pay 5 times the price you do on the website! I love the website!

When buying replica shirts 1/4 of the price you need to lower your expectations. If you dont then go pay over the top for legit tops instead of moaning about cheap fakes. You should also wash the shirts on a cold setting to prevent any issues. Thats common sense. Never had an issues myself. Received the new Liverpool 25/26 top yesterday. Great quality and look for £17.50.

I’m surprised to see so many bad reviews. I’ve been buying from these now whether it be soccer3u or previous incarnations of the site
I’ve made 7 orders in the last 12 months and although the turnaround from order to delivery can be as long as 4 weeks the quality of the product is always great. They’ve done printing too for my lads shirts and I’ve never had an issue with badges peeling off. Follow usual washing processes, turn inside out, wash at 30 degrees and don’t tumble dry… can’t go wrong

Terrible. Awful quality, badge came off after first wash. “Customer service” completely fobbed me off. Avoid at all costs.

Awful quality compared with previous orders. And I was charged more than the order came too.

Order palced 22nd June 2025, which totalled £44.76 but £49.17 was debited from my account, including a £1.35 currency conversion fee, even though I placed the order in GBP through a GBP account.

I have sent an email to their support email address and sent a whats app to the number, available via their website. No response. I will give them until tomorrow to respond otherwise its likely I will need to report this as fraud to my bank, although I hope there is a valid explanation.
