The IPs are so reused that I even could not enter the websites of some services. Super-slow. If you need something reliable and clean - definitely stay away.

I've been floored by the service. The response time and communication have
been unbelievable. I keep wondering what the catch is but there've been

Their support, immediate ticket response are soo very good and best in the business.
Sometimes they even help me to resolve problems with my accounts script side issues.
Overall SolaDrive has become good part of my life :)

I am very picky when i have to spend money. I host servers myself for fun. what they provide is not only awesome at an extremely affordable price range with beautifully crafted extensions to services.
Most of all, if you are tech stuff, you know, things get very nasty quickly specially when it comes to configure stuff. This is where i have to give them 5 stars. they really understand their business very well.

Good service, but I had few downtime in UK server.

After many problems with my server, they installed a new one several times, never giving up and trying to solve the problems week after week.

The problem got finally solved and server runs fine.

The support service is GREAT

Everything runs smoothly on my server. Uptime is great and the support is fantastic compared to previous host. Although, I’d love it a lot if the storage was bigger like my previous host. The speed is above average and quite good.

The only thing I’d complain about is the pricing. Knock off a few dollars off the price and you’ve got a customer for life.

For me, the price is quite okay (not the best tbh). Their servers are pretty fast and reliable. CS seems to know what they are doing and I don't get bombarded with marketing emails all the time. It's a good value for my money and would recommend.

Simply put “rubbish and fraudulently taking money from me”
Do not use them, they were not capable of delivering the service I purchased and through their admin failings took almost 10 time the cost from my credit card which I am struggling to get back.
I wanted a managed Odoo server, they could not deliver it so we left for another provider – there is lots more in this story, but they failed and wasted our time. I did receive this messaage …

Thanks Roger, I was able to review this and am disappointed that we dropped the ball providing service to you. I hope all your issues and concerns are resolved now since we refunded those 4 payments for Nov and Dec. If there is anything else we can do, please let us know.

What got me really angry is for a service costing $33.75 per month they billed over $230, they said they were refunding the money and then gave me a credit note which I could use against further services.

So not only did they waste my time with a service they could not deliver but loads more with trying to get my money back.

SolaDrive have been nothing short of amazing since I began using them. Today makes it the 5th month I've been with them and I'm yet to find something serious enough that'd made me leave them.

Support is super quick. Servers are quite fast and I no longer have to worry about experiencing huge downtime when I have a surge in traffic every now and then..

Having used various hosting companies over the years, I keep coming back to SolaDrive and they are now my preferred go-to host.

I refer all of my clients to them as their customer support is amazing and very friendly.

Uptime is nothing short of amazing and their blazing servers is one of the reasons I can keep coming back.

I have been using their VPS hosting services for a couple of months and I find it very good. About to start a new project and I will be using their dedicated sever for this.

Support responds fast to queries and are always to help you resolve any technical problems you might have.

I'm a bit new to using soladrive services, considering the fact that I started using them last year in November. But so far, I'm super happy with their service.

My tickets gets replied to quickly, and their customer support are extremely patient and helpful when guiding you. I couldn't have asked for me.

The fact that I don't have to wait for hours or even days before I get a solid reply to my request when I submit a ticket is more than enough for me to call their service the best. As I'm not a tech-savvy person, a reliable tech support is pretty high on my list and so far, SolaDrive has not let me down.

The way Soladrive customer support go out of their way to please their customers is a testament to their superb support.

I've never for once felt uneasy whenever I have to ask for an assistance or make a complaint about an issue.

So far, they've got the best customer support out of all the hosting companies I've ever used.

Had to resort to Soladrive when I had issues with Amazon EC2 (the free version) and I've got a project deadline..
