As well as LS personal shopper an absolute disappointing customer service.
Pit prices and stock for shows ob the page and get loney for that, keep your money for several business days and then cancel your order for havibg no stock ob the article. Tried to get it as a christmas present, now its the 19th of dec and I‘m absolutely mad. Not satisfied!!! Wrote several emails which werent answered in 3 business days either.

I recently visited The Sole Scene for the first time and was very impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. I was looking for a particular style of shoe, and the staff went out of their way to help me find the perfect pair. They were very knowledgeable about the different styles and brands, and were able to suggest some great options. I was even more impressed with their excellent customer service - they were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I'm so happy with my purchase and would highly recommend The Sole Scene to anyone looking for great shoes and great customer service.

Ordered a pair of ultra mini uggs.
Came in 2 days. Great communication too from the staff.

I purchased two pairs of Nike Dunks and they both arrived just 3 days after ordering. I was very impressed with how quickly they were dispatched and delivered. The communication was great throughout the buying process and the shoe boxes were well protected with an outer box and the sneakers are immaculate as would be expected. I would definitely recommend The Sole Scene.

Made a purchase. Received the trainers with no real time tracking…. Frustratingly I needed half a size bigger…… No real process for returns, was told to write my details on a price of paper and stick it in the box…… Received a response from our 3rd attempt to be advised that the 10.5 is out of stock but that they could search for the product and have it within 10 days. We sent a email asking to proceed with acquiring the 10.5 and have not received any comma around the acknowledgment of our request after 2 working days. I have wattsapped the number online to no avail. Not sure what the sla for customers are but have to admit this is not acceptable when spending what some people would earn a week on a pair of trainers! However……..The true measure of a customer conscious business is when the company corrects, goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied……what can I say…. After mis communication and poor service from the courier Milly and Ollie took the recovery service (which I believe to be their normal high standard) and smashed it! Not only did Milly go out of her way to ensure Royal Mail did what they were supposed to do. Ollie kept me up to date, sourced the alternative footwear all within a week! I take my hat off to you guys! I have total faith not only in the quality of products but the customer ‘care’. From a customer that will not hesitate in using you again and will be my first point of call for stocked items and items to search for. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Absolutely amazing placed my order late Saturday and received it by Wednesday. I most certainly will be using this company again. Best customer service!!!

Next minute I’m getting emails saying I need to send a picture of bank card and passport

Sent several emails / rang, no answer what so ever and there an Christmas present

Will not be ordering off these again and I will be taking it further down the right channels to get my money back

Could not fault the service and product received by Sole Scene. I ordered for my husband over the Christmas period and received the trainers within the week. My parcel was delivered to a nearby safe spot however, due to the price of the item, this was something I was pleased about. I have previously used other suppliers who have not used DHL as a courier and therefore I have had a less than good experience of expensive parcels just left in places like my back garden.

Horrible experience . I have no words. Checked with them before buying if the parcel would arrive before this saturday as the trainers were meant to be a present and I will be leaving the country the next day. They confirmed they could guarantee this , so I bought them. The parcel was not delivered to my home but to a dhl point far from my house. I had to go collect it after checking this myself with the courier as they were not replying my messages. To begin with, the delivery was supposed to be to my house not to a collection point. They also don't have a number you can call and reply emails every 24 hs. Once I got the trainers after doing all this, they were a different model and the wrong size. I won’t be able to take the present with me as obviously now I don't have time to receive an exchange or buy them somewhere else. They have not replied my emails or ig messages in all day and I need a solution now. Would not recommend at all! Avoid at all costs.
