I ordered a “Pluffy” chair from this website in December. The order was marked as delivered, but what I actually received was a small envelope containing a single plastic bead.

This item has no connection to the product shown on the website. A chair could not physically fit in the packaging that was delivered.

I contacted the company using the details on their site and received no response. After this, I found many similar reviews describing the same issue.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this website.

Absoulty shocking disgusting been waiting over a week for 2 pluffy chairs and received a bead in a tiny envelope have rang bank to remove any further payments advised me this company is linked to 2 other fraud companys!!! Hope they get caught x whoever is behind this is sitting there lapping it up on my n our well earned money I'm so pissed off!!

Total scam, my wife ordered 2 chairs and got 2 plastic pearles. Sjare tje company so that other persons not going to be scammed by this shit compamy

Scammed ordered a rocking chair for my 8 year old daughter as a Christmas present received a bead..

Ive done a chargeback through my credit card and its been successful. Anyone been scammed try that with your credit card company.

Je les contacte et ils me proposent de me rembourser 30%. Je ne suis pas d'accord et depuis plus de nouvelles. Surtout n'achetez pas sur ce Site.

As with everyone else ordered the rocking chairs got 2 plastic beads total scam from China!

I ordered two of their ‘pluffy’ chairs and recieved two plastic beads two weeks later!

This company is a joke !!! Never have I dealt with a company with such aweful customer service with totally inept people who barely can write a reply email ,if they respond at all !

2 Luxury perfume advent calendar besteld en gekregen. Zit geen geur in zoals wel op website vermeldt staat. Zijn alleen maar kleine plastic flesjes van ongeveer 2 cm.
Wat een flop. En dat voor 59,90 voor 2 pakketten. Kado voor 2 buurvrouwen die mij geholpen hebben met verhuizen. Ik schaam mij dood toen ik hoorde wat er in de pakketten zat.....
Contact gezocht via mail. Krijg alleen maar excuses en voor de rest niets.
Koop nooit wat bij Soluva, je wordt genept, geflest!!

Scam! It’s the same owner of Luviera home, where I ordered two chairs that obviously have never arrived.
They did their job right, sending me a track and trace, and after several weeks of waiting time, I only received two beads on my doorstep.
It stole 500 dkk from our pockets, and luviera’s website doesn’t exist anymore, so I have nowhere to complain and get my money back.
Stay away!
