Great customer service. Charlie was very prompt at getting back to me and helped me resolve my issue immediately. I was very happy with the service provided.
The clothes I ordered were also great quality and fit.

I purchased a diamanté jumper which had a fault . I sent an email asking for a replacement and even sent them a photo of the fault unfortunately they (Faye) asked whether I wanted a replacement or they will give £5.00 credit for the missing diamanté which was at the front in the centre which is insult on a £60 top !! I replied stating I wanted a replacement to which I never got a email to confirm then the following day I had to chase up again to be told to take this one to the post office and upon proof of postage they will immediately send me another so another email later I showed them of postage and again no emails from them !! Such bad customer service the fact that I had to chase them up constantly unfortunately this company use to be very good but now sadly I think they are a victim of their own success or have a poor customer service team now but what I do know there are a lot better companies out there offering the same type of clothes needless to say I will not be using these ever again !!

Sofia helped me when I advised that an Evri delivery had been delayed, resulting in the 14 day return window passing. Sofia assisted promptly, emailing a return label for the items that I didn't want to keep. I would definitely recommend Sosandar, they have a great range, really good quality and efficient service

I spoke to a delightful young lady called Faye who helped through the process of ordering some jeans. I’m a young at heart 86 year old who tends to get confused with technology at times but Faye helped me through the process which was a relief.
She’s an asset to your company. So helpful and friendly.

I've been purchasing Sosander products for a while and find the ordering and returns process straight forward; they explain that refunds may take a little time to process, so that is understood. No problem.
I recently had an issue with the sizing of a jacket which I'd ordered using their special 20% discount, and contacted Customer Services online. Sofia handled my case and kindly allocated same discount to my replacement order. She was very considerate and efficient, and I appreciated how she dealt with the issue. I now have the replacement (which is correct size) and I am very happy.

I had a problem concerning a discount code which I reported. Amazingly the issue was resolved on the same day. The service I experienced was both helpful and professional and im now looking forward to receiving my parcel.

I have updated my review to 5 stars as since the concerns I raised about not receiving my order (order ref 1048521050), the customer service has been excellent and I have now received my order. The navy jacket is lovely, although I will need to order a different size.

I’m so annoyed ! First time ordering direct with this company previously bought from this brand through M&S and next . Sosandar do not seem to have any customer service ! The online portal does not work will not recognise my order . I’ve tried calling you get put on hold then silence or cut off or message saying they are too busy and cut off . No online chat working . I thought this was a legit brand but will not be ordering from them again

Faye was wonderful! Really helpful and efficient. Unfortunately the trousers I ordered were too short (I’ve got very long legs) and I couldn’t find my order details to return them. Faye replied to my email query really quickly and gave me all the details I needed for a refund. Thanks Faye!

I cannot fault this company at all,I had a fault with a pair of trousers and emailed Sofia and she couldn't be more helpful replied to my email next day with either a replacement or refund, I accepted a replacement as I loved the trousers thy were in the post next day .There customer service is amazing and communication is impeccable such a lovely company to order from they really do deserve 5*rating.
